Isn’t the first guy taking the chocolate milk incident a little too lightly? He could have shown his milk to the staff and ask them to smell it and then say that “Nick” had the same-smelling deodorant. Wouldn’t that have sufficed? Otherwise, if he put a bunch of the spray in there, wouldn’t that count as poisoning a drink? Because last I checked, AXE isn’t safe to drink.
It is all apart of skating: spraining your wrists, getting concussions, having this one skater get in your way for an entire session, and having people just being plain toxic. Some of it can be funny, but a lot of it can cause someone to be seriously hurt; if you ever go to a public session, people don’t watch where they’re going, and it can lead to an ambulance being called
my instructor would do this thing where we'd stand against the boards and he'd do a hockey stop & shower us with ice. one time, his skate caught an edge and he went down hard instead of stopping 💀😭
oh my goodness one time i tried to spray one of my friends who couldn’t skate, but instead i crashed straight into her and just fell over, luckily she stayed up. another time i tried to t stop at a wall and just crashed straight into it when my edge caught.
At my rink when it’s your birthday, they have you take off your skates in the middle of the ice while people are showering you on ice, and they have you either walk back bare-foot or some people help carry you! I haven’t done it before, but I hope to do it eventually
If my best friend gave me a peptalk befor a competition- "Ok, do the jump things extra big, and spin extra fast. Now get out their sexy" i love her tho 😂
I did figure skating from when I was 3 to when I was eight, got back into it for a brief period of time at age 14 after watching Yuri on ice, then quit once more.
I was my star ice skater on my competition team and there was a new girl who was very cocky when there were try outs she took my skates (which were like 500 dollars)right before my try out and 5mins later I was going to get my skates on and they were not any where she was before me so she left near the stage (I’m freaking out because I’m next ) then out of the corner of my eye I see them my skates and I put them the quickest I have ever did then I got them on and in the middle of her performance she saw me with my skates and she fell in the middle of her leap into me off the stage she went back on and you could tell the anger she had after she went on I did and I ended up getting on the best team and the management found what she did and she got Kicked out of the tryouts
Mine is when I sprained my ankle while skating. This was back in March. My ankle is still not 100% better (more like 99% better);it still hurts when I walk down stairs.
I'm a figure skater. I don't think people realize how advanced these people are, even for a guy to do a triple axel is a huge deal!! BTW, everyone knows how intense dance moms are... figure skating moms are 10x harder!

Try to move along the edge and hold onto the border/wall and maybe try with a group of friends. I only went ice skating twice before I began lessons so I honestly don't know how else to help :')

One time I was in a competition and one of the girls in my group is doing her program and in the middle of it she starts to walk off the ice, and then her coach tells her that she’s not finished her program so her coach starts telling her what jumps she is missing and to do them. She still gets third place..

My worst moment was right before my rinks winter ice show. I was rushing to get on the ice so I could go through my solo before my soloist group number rehearsal and I forgot to take off my guards before I got on the ice ( guards are super slippery if you forget to take them off so you basically fall immediately if you don’t take them off) and fell straight on my knees while I was wearing tights and I scraped my knees and bled completely through my only pair of tights so I started crying and I had to completely redo my makeup in the 20 minutes before the show started
My worst happened when my ice partner and I were warming up before a competition. He landed too close to me and his blade went right into my knee. Fractured my kneecap and tore a part of my meniscus .. I wasn’t able to skate after that competitively so I taught skating to young kids instead
I miss skating. The rink that was closest to me closed, and now the closest rink is 90 minutes, one way. Hopefully one day I’ll live close to a rink again.

Good thing you aren't a gymnast, you can't wear underwear in competitions or practice unless you want to be embarrassed, one time I was in a competition and the uniform was getting small for me and it gave me a girl wedgie and I'm not sure if they saw or not but you might've been able to see that it hurt! after that my team saw that I was embarrassed and comforted me, EXCEPT THIS LITTLE ***** STARTED LAUGHING AT ME AND SAID THANKS FOR BEING STUPID SO I CAN WIN! hahahah I actually won that event (floor) and she didn't even get win a place in that event. but i quit gymnastics, i started to lose interest especially because I didn't want to do it and kinda got lazy. Please don't judge me for this.
Ive been waiting for this kind video for sooo long, thinking about it now the worst thing ive down was injure my ankle from off ice training, then the next day go to the rink and injure both knees (one knee was ice burn and the other had some kind of nerve damage). I never had any major problems before 😳
i've been skating i think 5 years and i've almost broken my nose before... it was bleeding so much it turned some of the ice red and i was very dizzy. also i've bladed myself a few times and have sprained my shoulder falling.

For those who don’t know, walking ANYWHERE besides blade safe floor is bad for skate blades. Walking on stone or gravel with your skates is basically a death sentence for your blades. 💀
I'm a hockey player. I've been one for 6 years but I've been skating for 13. This happened on two different occasions: Me: yeah so I play hockey Them: oh wow! Do you hate figure skaters then? Okay people hockey players dont hate figure skaters! Their tricks and balence are insanely hard and WE RESPECT THEM.
I’ve been skating since I was three I do solos duets tríos theater on ice sincronized skating and more and I do many shows and I’m only 11 and I once stabbed my knee with my blade I’ve even gone to nationals and got gold
At my last competition I hit a rut in the ice during my final move (a Chinese spiral which I have NEVER fallen on before and up until this point my program had been clean) and I went down and dislocated three ribs and hurt my wrist and it was right in front of the judges 😂
Best fall for me was mid skate at a state comp. I was doing a step sequence that I could do with my eyes closed, super easy, and at the of it I do a kind of cha cha step then hold just a simple upright position on one foot, and I think my boot must of been loose or something cause my ankle just gave way and I fell straight onto my knee and then somehow trip myself and fall to the side while trying to get myself up. My favourite skate and fall to date by far, didn’t fall on anything else just fell standing on one foot while not moving 😂
My worst hit is when u was skating, and then I jumped up, but when u did that my toe pick got stuck and I landed on my knee full force, all of my body weight.😬 THANKFULLY, I didn't seriously injure myself, it was just a really bad bruise👍

The guy working at the rink on the ice had to literally carry me off and check to make sure that I didn’t have a concussion. And my stepdad came to pick me and my sisters up and the lady at the desk in front told him he can’t go to the rink (my sister had called him and told him i fell and was carried off the ice) and my stepdad no joke says really? WATCH ME. And walked back to the rink and made sure I was ok and took us home where I had ice on my head and went to the doctor the next day with a mild concussion..so Ice Skating NOT my sport
My parents would have taken heads if someone did that to my blades!! I actually kept my blades when I quit and sold my boots for pot, but I think I had my worst moments every summer that I was in club. Freaking Michelle kwan would skate our practices with us for a month or two every summer and I was always so embarrassed that she would judge me so I skated soooo timidly when she was there
Worst fall was learning how to do a back spin (I spin on both sides, I know, it’s crazy and unnatural and I’m probably satanic), and I fell on my arm and couldn’t use it for a week. Doesn’t sound too bad, but I’m a musician, so it really sucked. Also, the WORST part was that I train on the same rink as Alyssa Liu, and she was like 10 feet away giggling at me, and landed her first TRIPLE AXEL (a few years ago) the same day
I kicked a little girl in the face with my toe pick while spinning. She was watching me and accidentally started gliding forwards and my leg was out. I felt so so bad.
JungleMoon trust me I’ve done both (currently riding after retiring from skating) and a lot of skates need to be replaced every year (for lower levels) and for higher levels sometimes every 4-6 months (each pair costing at least 300) plus the custom outfits which can be on average 1000 usd.

Worst fall was learning how to do a back spin (I spin on both sides, I know, it’s crazy and unnatural and I’m probably satanic), and I fell on my arm and couldn’t use it for a week. Doesn’t sound too bad, but I’m a musician, so it really sucked. Also, the WORST part was that I train on the same rink as Alyssa Liu, and she was like 10 feet away giggling at me, and landed her first TRIPLE AXEL (a few years ago) the same day

I kicked a little girl in the face with my toe pick while spinning. She was watching me and accidentally started gliding forwards and my leg was out. I felt so so bad.

JungleMoon trust me I’ve done both (currently riding after retiring from skating) and a lot of skates need to be replaced every year (for lower levels) and for higher levels sometimes every 4-6 months (each pair costing at least 300) plus the custom outfits which can be on average 1000 usd.
