      ken 239711 do what I do put on socks go to a slippery floor and you will fall into the splits(besure to warm your body up so you don't pull your hamstrings like I did at the age of..6)

      @@domlee5461 is it still possible for someone that is 21 yrs old? I used to do lots of sport and martial arts and splits were pretty commong for me before but I stopped for like 4 yrs.... so I'm kinda sad that I can't do it anymore...

      ken 239711 well then your kinda like me except I had to stop doing martial arts cause of surgery and I'm 15 I dun really know if you can but when I stopped I recently tried to do the splits.. (let's say I screamed bloody murder) and I did this trick where i put on socks and do the splits to my limit that way I know where it's hurting and where I need to work on so I don't pull a hamstring (bad memories) anywho if you've been through the torture of martial arts then you could be a bit tolerant to the pain or you could scream bloody murder it helps with the pain but back on topic I then do it without socks and I do it against the wall or the couch and put one of my hands behind me and little by little I try to push myself into the splits when it starts hurting like crazy just stop that is your limit there okay? and stay like that so your body will get used to it and take a break and if you want you can do some round house kicks low to high it also helps with flexibility or doing high kicks it also helps cause your also forcing your body getting used to it if you try to do it at least twice a week you could be able to do it but remember don't push yourself to the limit cause I dun like people getting hurt but I believe you can do it since we practically practiced the same thing in a way so just take it slow and don't push yourself remember to always find your limit once your body doesn't react to your limit go lower and repeat until you can do the splits now I hope you understand this? rant?

    You guys are so great! I’m a 78 year old guy in the U.S and I have balance problems due to inner ear problems and other neurological problems. These allblanc videos 40, 30 and 20 minutes are the best for me. I don’t have too much problem with balance because they aren’t too fast and I can see you in video and myself in mirror. Some of the movements are hard but with practice I should improve. Thanks so much for what you do.

      Vinegar is not good for your teeth. It softens the enamel too much. He should dilute the vinegar with water and drink it using s straw. 🥴

    Try to do kicks before going on to your straddle, it helps to warm up your legs more
    *front kick (hamstrings)
    *back kicks (thighs)
    *side kicks (hips)
    And you can start by stretching each side of your legs first before attempting to touch the floor with ur tummy
    Reach on one side and on the other, like rotating
    *Left
    *Middle
    *Right

    the key points in achieving splits is that you must have a good hip mobility, knee strenth, nice flexible calf, conditioned hamstrings, and over all leg strength to hold suck stretch. Take this advices from a danseur, which is me hahaha.

    I was making 'hurt' facial expressions every time he cranked the stretcher. 😮 But this really is motivating and encouraging. It makes me want to go stretch and see how much I can do. I used to be a dancer... 'back in the day'. My muscles should remember that... right? 🥺💚💚💚

    For those who don't have that much flexibility like him, I recommend to try frog pose or malasana first rather than directly do that because i've injured myself when going straight to do that :') *and then i feel like a fool for a month*

    첫날 저정도 각도면 타고나길 유연성이 좋으신데요. 전 첨에 딱 90도. 다른 스트레칭 동작없이 저 동작만으로 3주? 보통분들은 힘듭니다
