We stayed in an Airbnb in Bradenton in January near Anna Marie Oyster Restaurant. We looked at a lot of homes in Bradenton. For us it's too low elevation in Bradenton. We like southern Sarasota trending into Northport. We're from Colorado so it's kind of funny to be concerned about getting an elevation over 20 feet.
Very misleading. Based on your video if I were new to the area I would only look east of I-75. What isn't taken into consideration is "what do people like to do?" If you like the beaches and boating then you have a long haul with heavy traffic coming from the east. Also, your home price averages for the older zip codes include varying neighborhoods, i.e. older neighborhoods consisting of smaller homes as well as newer neighborhoods with larger homes. East of I75 you will find almost exclusively newer, larger homes. We came here 14 years ago from Fort Lauderdale initially living very close to I75. Three years later we moved to NW Bradenton and we love it. I could not live in the sterile, HOA controlled communities found out east. Just my two cents worth.
@@BillWarrellFLRealEstate Yeah, some areas have a lower elevation. On manatee avenue , just west of wares creek, the elevation gets pretty good. I saw wares creek, and it looked like wares lake LOL But up around 22nd street looked good
Not really. All the area near the river is so lovely. There are some great 1925 homes in great shape and close to downtown. Please don’t dis north of sr 64. Lovely. 34205 yeah.😄
I was just in Bradenton a couple of weeks ago, looking for a house near Sarasota. We live in central Florida now. What a dirty, mean place! Every place we went to was full of mean people. I've heard that since moving to central Florida but had never been to Bradenton. No thanks!
Thanks for watching! Did you happen to see what the DC area schools were rated on GreatSchools.org? (I haven't, just asking the question) I'm also not a huge fan of the Florida school system but didn't think many of the schools deserved to be rated as low as they were.
@@BillWarrellFLRealEstate My family are from the suburbs of DC in Howard county, Fairfax County and Louden county. I looked them up on your website and our schools are typically rated in the 8 out of 10 to 10 out of 10, but remember that these counties are the wealthiest counties in the entire USA. Maryland (where I am from) is the most affluent state in the country. Many people are surprised by that, even Marylanders. Of the 3,143 counties in the country, 6 of the top 10 wealthiest counties in the country surround DC and these three are among them. These areas in South West Florida do have some affluent neighborhoods so I would have expected they would have average to above average school systems with 5 to 7 ratings, but to see them in the 4s was pretty startling. These are the kind of numbers I would have expected from West Virginia, Mississippi, or Louisiana. That is surprising for the state that has the fourth largest economy. "Things that make you go, Hummmm."
LOVED your video! We are from PA too and have a goal of moving to Bradenton in 1187 days! After our son graduates HS. We will look you up when it gets closer for us to buy a house there.
I have been here 5 years and have moved a couple of times. Also, have needed to travel all around the area. Beware, there are central areas where the roads flood in rainy season.
I will be moving there at the end of the year. Looking to rent an apartment. Wondering if you could tell me what areas are the best and which one I should avoid. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you
We bought condo Bradenton, 34207 60th street boyfourth Shore and we are senior. WHAT are you think ? We need your advice... WHAT we have to do???😳 Thanks🙏🙏🙏
Hello, thanks for this info 👍🏻 What is the most populated part of Bradenton as I’m looking to start a waste removal company and want to go where the business could grow… Any recommendations as to where I should go to grow my business as I’ll be coming over from Canada and need the best advice possible! Thanks again and hope to deal with you when it comes to my new home purchase in and around that area. 🙏🏼 Leo.
Thanks for watching Leo! Good timing as this video is about 1.5 yrs old and I'm putting the finishing touches on an updated one. Should have it posted in the next few days. My initial thoughts are that it depends what your niche is. If you're going to be a "junk hauler" then I may lean towards the West Bradenton area where the homes are older and there's more "accumulation" in people's homes. If you're thinking construction waste then perhaps the Lakewood Ranch or Parrish area where there's more new construction. Either way, while everything is close distance wise, it's usually traffic that will slow you down. Let me know how I can help!
@@BillWarrellFLRealEstate fantastic info! I guess what I really wanted to know without biased is if there is opportunities in Bradenton in general, or maybe it would be a better decision to start this junk hauling/handy man business in a different part of Florida whereas there would be enough business to support all local business opportunity along with me being able to thrive and support my family at the same time.

Need help deciding where to live in Bradenton? Hope this video helps in understanding the different areas!
Now the prices are double.
My home is 2 blocks from the Manatee River on 34208, I used to deliver pizza to Pirate City. Nice quiet area with mostly newly paved streets.
Have they paved 9th St yet?
Hi Jose
Is it a good area for single mom with 1 kid
How about the schools and rent prices?
Rent has
Tripled! 😱
Traffic is a

This definitely helps to decide where my wife and I are looking into moving there.
Good! Reach out if I can help provide any additional info. Thanks for watching!
Wish I could go back and buy when you made this video. Jan. 2022 and things are MUCH higher. Guess it got discovered. Great video.
I love how you provided statistics in the different zip codes. That was very helpful. I may be moving from the Atlanta, GA. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!

How about Oneco...or anywhere on the east coast;very diverse.
Since hurricane Debbie, It looks like any place in Bradenton is good to live as long as it is on the second floor...LOL
It's been so hit or miss! Where I am there's nothing but a few puddles but other areas are underwater.

Well done but I was expecting more "around" Bradenton, not just Manatee Ave. Also, when did you film this with so little traffic?
Any area west of 59th Street. Beautiful island beaches. Annoying in the season. But small price for Paradise 😜

If you want to stay "Rich", stay the hell out of Bradenton. Or, you'll be "Rhonda Poor" in no time.
you were just in Bradenton 2 weeks ago but then state you have never been to Bradenton before!?

Wow, coming from the DC suburbs where schools are highly rated, these school systems suck!
