I'm not living in heat and bad water all year around I love my snowey winter wonderland when u retire u don't have to walk or drive in it just watch it from ur window with a cup of coffee and good breakfast the north east is the gateway to heaven rather its way upstate NY Maine or Vermont so all Floridians can stay hot and in there air condition apartments
