600g Pork belly 600克 三层肉
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Five spice powder ½茶匙 五香粉
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
½ teaspoon 13 spice powder ½茶匙 十三香
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
Soup 汤料 :
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋
5 Garlic, smashed 5粒 蒜头, 拍扁
5 Shallots, smashed 5粒 小葱头, 拍扁
20g Ginger, smashed 20克 姜, 拍扁
2 Cinnamon 2条 桂皮
1 Star Anise 1粒 八角
6 Clove 6粒 丁香
1 tablespoon White pepper 1汤匙 白胡椒粒, 敲碎
15g Rock sugar 15克 冰糖
5 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 5汤匙 酱油
4 tablespoon Potato flour 4汤匙 马铃薯粉
1500ml Water 1500毫升 水
Ingredients 配料 :
500g Flat yellow noodles 500克 扁黄面
Hard boiled eggs 熟鸡蛋
Fried Ngoh Hiang 炸五香
Fried Wanton 炸云吞
Fried Fish 炸鱼
Garnish 点缀 ：
2 Celery 2颗 芹菜
4 Garlic, minced 4粒 蒜头, 搅细
50ml Black vinegar 50毫升 逝江醋
