A pot of Water
3pcs of Dried Mushroom (Soaked)
1 tsp of Five Spices Powder
2pcs of Cinnamon Stick
6pcs of Star Anise
1/2 a Chicken
300g of Pork Belly
6pcs of Hard Boiled Eggs
3 tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
3 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Sugar
4 tbsp of Tapioca Flour
2 Eggs
𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Oil for frying
Yellow Noodles
Bihun (Vermicelli)
Beansprout
𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Mixture of Shallot Oil & Pork Lard
4pcs of Fish Cake
A handful of Spring Onion
𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
A handful of Bird's Eye Chillies (depending how spicy you want it)
A bulb of Garlic
White Vinegar
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Sugar
𝙊𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡: Substitute Bird's Eye Chillies with Cili Boh
You may purchase the ready made pack or just blend the Dried Chillies with water
then fry them with Oil until fragrant
***You may add/reduce the ingredient's portion according to your preference)

Hai Mammy's Secret.. Recioe paling lenkap dan bagus daru lain chef.. Di sini extra stok kamu. Kayu manis dan bunga rawang, mushroom, 2.nd ,cuka Baeang Putih ,cabai burung, ini extra bahan yg paling completed, di sini kamu buat perhiasan kulit babi yg rebus, campur pork lard, campur sedikit cuja hitam. Maka kuah Law Mee akan menang Asia Chef.. Gd job, Kam Shia.. Hockhoonkup !

Aunty from Alor Setar but husband is from Penang Island.
Last tim have fried sharks n some fried things.
now sharks dishes are getting lesser. even shark fins at wedding banquet has been replaced with vegetarian sharkfin.. which is good i feel :)
Periuk kamu sudah lebih 60 tahun, itu lah rasa kuah u boleh terbang ke Singapura saperti Super Man.. Ingat ya, kulit babi yg rebus dan pork lard akan ambil maka yg paling tinggi.. Gd job.. Aunty Ame.. Kam Shia. !
Aiyoh auntie, if you sell it must be high priced one or tak untung - so much "ho liao" (good ingredients) and no MSG.
PS: some folks not only like it "orh orh" (black-black), but "sng sng" (sour-sour) so will add black vinegar to taste as well!
