    Madam, I regularly go to jogging and few free hand exercises regularly on a nearby ground. It consumes nearly half an hour everyday. After that I dont get much time for inhouse exercises. Can I do 2 asanas from you have mention regularly? Will it be helpful because I will not get that much time to practice 5 asanas everyday..
