I lived in Shanghai for a long time. BGC is coming along and will be the new Shanghai if it keeps going. BGC is becoming very international
If you compare the infrastructure especially the subways, there's no comparison between Shanghai and New York. New York is kinda filthy tbh

I think Shanghai is cleaner than New York, just basing it on the videos. I've been to New York and San Francisco but not Shanghai.

I think that friend of yours, doesn't know anything about Shanghai. Stopped comparing Shanghai to BGC. As they don't have different history. Shanghai experience devastated during the japanese occupation, while BGC doesn't experience any devastation during the war. I suggest that you study history before comparing. How old was Shanghai compare to BGC??? Do you know any history. Shanghai have a history, while BGC doesn't have any BGC.

It is ridiculous to have this comparison. Shanghai's GDP is many times that of the Philippines! Why are you even comparing it? What is the point? It's like comparing one of the richest cities in the world to a fishing village.
