Just some advice… in comparison to watching a lot of home tour videos… you may want to start from the front of the property off the street…THEN walk up to the front door & walk through the house WITHOUT editing… this way your viewers can get a better view of the property without jumping around in edits… feels RUSHED THROUGH… like you’re walking in rooms & the cameraman 🎥 isn’t even walking in to show the whole room or bathroom… 🤦🏽♂️

Why don't integrate the use a head cam to see your perspective. We see you touring the property, but we are not touring the property. And BTW, that seems more like short term living quarters (resoort-type) or for a media production company.
