You need to slow down and actually show the rooms. Your cameraman is essentially focusing on you and you're running around the place like you don't have permission to be there, worried you're going to get caught. Don't do jump cuts, either. At 0:55 you say, "Notice here, it has a dry bar," and you're showing off a wet bar. A wet bar has a sink/running water. A dry bar has neither.

Only thing I really like about it is the lot size. The shop has lots of space to store my cars and bikes. Convert all the office space into a home. The rest can go.
