It was a beautiful 6 bedroom ,very spacious ...the master bathroom shower was very impressive...also I love the good aize rooms thanks dor the tour
Lovely home. The same builder is also up a bit north from this area in Woodland Hills. Iâd like to see upscale appliances, range, etc in the kitchen but just canât make a sub zero refrigerator work in these floor plans.
I guess itâs all a matter of perspective but I think itâs a bit inaccurate to suggest it gets cold here, and certainly not for 4 months.
If youâre coming from what is traditionally a cold weather climate, you can expect about 2 weeks of what we call a Texas Winter. Perhaps a month to 6 weeks of weather where you may need a jacket.
Regarding your question about having a dedicated media room, yes I prefer one as I want to control the lighting which is important, especially if you want a projector in the room.
