"I'm Sorry" is one of Brenda Lee's best. Even before I knew her name, I liked the song & had this precocious inner-child thing that allowed me to understand it. Without any doubt, it was her delivery, her vocal finesse that allowed me to connect with this song @ such an early age. I can't truly say that it kept me out of adult problems that happened later, down the line. However, that's just proof that we need to experience life head on, drawing on our own experiences. But once those things happen, I was able to connect with this song in ways that were fare deeper.

My children grew up listening to her incredible voice,when my youngest son married they went o honeymoon to Hawaii and met her at one of the showes there, She spoke to them,my Son told her my Mother was a big fan and so was he as she always had your music playing..
