Lack of appetite for Treasury bills and inscribed stocks in the domestic market

The lack of appetite for Treasury bills and inscribed stocks by the Private Sector in the country's domestic market‎ is a concern.
This concern was expressed by former Prime Minister, Peter O'Neill.
These instrument are used by the Government to raise cashflow needed to meet its urgent needs like public service pay.
Responding to O'Neill, Prime Minister James Marape said the Government does not entice them to buy the instrument, adding it is determined by the market forces.
