An older woman gave me this advice when I was a teenager. She said, "Honey, you have to let your man do "manly" things like killing bugs, fixing the car, getting things off tall shelves for you, letting him protect you etc" And she was right. I've learned that it doesn't diminish me as a strong woman to allow my man to know that I need him

This is very wise advice. There is certainly a wonderful balance that comes from this, especially if he allows you to be the lovely, beautiful, strong, kind, nurturing woman you were created to be. Very well said.

Oh girls!! don't forget to dump the ones who weaponise your needs . My brother helped me move with a you haul. He was angry and throwing my things away and owning for himself what he wanted of my items. When it came time to unpack the truck he gave me strict orders not to unload it until he came home from work. I easily could have by myself. Then he didn't feel like following me 10 minutes to drop off the truck and take me back. he said they won't charge me for an extra day. They tacked on an additional 150.00 dollars for a late return.
An ex boyfriend rigged my 6 month old battery to die by loosening the battery terminals and he cleaned them by shooting wd 40 on them . The battery terminals corroded green. He jumped it so I could follow him to advance autoparts to purchase a new battery on his account to keep his account open. He said I can get you 25% off. He gave me the invoice it had no 25 percent off like he said..or no sale price like the ad said. He kept my "old" battery he rigged to die. for himself. And said I didn't need the large plastic shroud and kept it to sell on e bay..told me I didn't need it.
So I basically gave him my battery .
And bought a new one I didn't need on his account so advance auto wouldn't cancel his account for lack of purchases. 😡 ..so come time to pay him back...I gave myself a 20 % discount off the sale price it was advertised for. I deducted the 25 dollar core charge. And that's all. I dumped him a few days later.

IN this day and age, it is necessary for all women to consider being chaste and pious because we live in a volatile age with too much crime and sadness all around. For every single sin that you do and every person that you hurt, your children and your family members will suffer for generations because of that generational curse that the victims of your murder and your warfare is giving. Whether after your death or not your family will never ever be freed from that curse. And generation after generation they will be faced with utter suffering and humiliation because of this one act of evilness that you are doing today.
Since being homosexual has become a norm in this century, women should be wary in choosing a sexual partner in life, especially if they wish to be saved from great perils. It is this pending danger that could completely erase sanity from a woman because if she accidentally gets into a romantic relationship with a man who has a male lover, then her life would be a living hell, as that man would try to humiliate and torture her if she even indirectly seduces or tries to speak with the young male lover of her husband or boyfriend. Men who publicly declare themselves to be homosexual are generally soft-hearted and harmless, and do little to hurt or vex womankind, but the most vindictive and fierce stalkers of young men are those male characters who pretend to be violently straight and always remain in fulltime relationship with women in order to exude a macho force about their persona, but inside their heart, they are bitterly in love with a young man or young men in general, and would be prepared to destroy the world to secure the romantic affection or approval of a young man of their liking.
Trust me you will not die if you stay celibate. I promise you- you will not die you will not be murdered you will not be tortured you will not starve and you will not be imprisoned and you will not be fed to the lions like the saints of Christianity who were fed to the Lions by pagans and pagan Rome. None of those things will happen to you should you choose celibacy and Chastity and honour over relationships and dependency and dishonour. You true lover will never leave you just because you didn't touch them sexually. If they leave for a reason so simple and horrible than why would you want a lover like that!? Wouldn't they find better lovers than you to worship and serve them sexually the moment you died or got lost?
There is no honour in relationships. And most importantly there is never ever ant true love in any sexual relationships. The moment sexuality comes into a relationship that love turns into bitterness degradation and hatred. True love only comes from a relationship that never become sexual. Should you become celibate today you will find true love you will find true friendship and you will find true honour. And most importantly you will be saving yourself from becoming a monster a killer and a warmonger. And a lot of people in the world will be saved from your evil and your harm and your jealousy and your vindication and your revenge and your torture. And your children will become happy with their lives and will be safe and their generations will be successful and will never face any pain in their life.

    - Focus and energy are interconnected, and it is important to be mindful of where one's focus goes.
    - Giving too much energy to a man who doesn't reciprocate can lead to feeling depleted and ungrounded.
    - Building a healthy relationship does not involve mistreating or manipulating a man.
    - Being a challenge to a man is about inviting growth and becoming the best versions of yourselves together.
    - Men want a teammate who complements their weaknesses, not a follower or trophy.
    - Paying attention to emotional intelligence is important for handling conflicts, actively listening, effective communication, self-awareness, and adaptability.
    - Emotional intelligent women do not play games, are clear in their wants and expectations, and earn respect by being trustworthy and intuitive.
    - Misinformation and bad advice online contribute to relationship struggles, so subscribing to the channel is encouraged to spread the ideas discussed.

I think it's about matching his energy instead of trying to give more to him in order to get more back. Just match his energy or withdraw your energy and pour it into yourself. Focus on your own beautiful life. This was a hard lesson for me to learn, but I'm glad I finally learned it.

Ismael, you are so right on these points. I've been married for over 40 years. I realized that my worth/energy was be wasted after finding out that my spouse had 3 social media affairs. I confronted him very calmly and called out his behavior. I told him that he had betrayed my trust in our marriage. I've since been in counseling to regain my feminine energy, to learn to maintain my emotional intelligence and to be my OWN person and not a multi-tasking, dutiful doormat. I let too much of my personal life go in lieu of fulfilling HIS needs, wants and desires. Lesson learned. I'm making up for lost/wasted time in my own life.

In the initial days my guy was barely making any sense in his texts and I told him it wasnt respectful to me to send such meaningless texts, and that he should make an effort to atleast use a translator. We all make mistakes and I am fine with the occasional typo but I dont think it is mean Ismail, in my opinion it is disrespectful & entitled to send some meaningless gibberish to someone and expect him/her to decode the message & read your mind.

When person feels a pain or anxiety, the brain isnt able to to do two big tasks at once
feeling his own pain and at the same time feel pain or anxiety of someone else...
therefore our mind reacts in a way that we start to either be silent, or accuse each other of laziness, incompetency etc....
or other thing is when they feel our pain, they are not able to feel their own pain and anxiety and solve their own pain.
So the best resolution is some meditation or therapy,
where both people heal their traumas and anxiety, to calm the mind, and self-regulate,
so they may use deep emphatic conversation with each other.
and they should forgive each other for being ignorant to someone´s anxiety because
brain isnt able to do two big tasks, at the same moment feel pain and feel empathy at once.....So if each of us learns to selfregulate, only then our brain has freedom to choose empathy and compassion and humor but its a daily work, so the anxiety will not come back and will not polarize the mind......Forgiving means : "sorry that your brain choosed anger and anxiety, and it wasnt able to do the other big task, empathy and compassion".... According to scientists Negative emotions are higly addictive to brain, therefore our brain becomes addicted to negative emotions and often its subcosncious process, so we arent even aware that brain ahs these negative triggers, unless we choose some therapeutic techniques.....If we practice mindfulness and techniques of selfregulating, the brain will after time choose the elevated happy emotions, and lso it helps people to increase their immune system of body and physical health.

What I know is I don't pretend. I respect your opinion but I'm being me...that's just me.😂😂😂..that's how I respond to alot of them😂 Cos I believe I am happy when I'm honest with myself first before I can be honest to others.

This is the second video that popped up on youtube that I have watched and enjoyed listening to. Thank you Ismael for
    Sharing such great information,
    Your knowledge and expertise.
It was quite helpful especially for some of us 60 plus group who
    Haven't been in the relationship
And romance scene for many, many years. No matter how old we are, we never stop learning and it's on God's divine time when he sends you your soulmate.
Take care everyone and God bless.
Keep the faith and I wish you all
    Love, peace, happiness, longevity,
Prosperity and may all of your dreams come true. As I tell my two wonderful adult children, be happy, be well And be safe.
    Sincerely,
    Amelia Mello❤😊

Some good advice here, but i have realized most men talking relationships on social media aren't even married themselves.

Never tell a guy about their spelling and grammar. That’s rude. I’ve been a teacher for a very long time and guys get very embarrassed when women do that to them. They also resent being called out.
