    Ingredients:
    For the dough:
    260g / 2 cups + 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    160ml / 2/3 cup + 1.5 tbsp milk
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp yeast
    20g / 1 tbsp 2 tsp sugar
    30ml / 2 tbsp oil
    For the topping:
    150g / 5 oz cheddar cheese
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
    1 tsp chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp basil
    30g / 2 tbsp soft butter
    a pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp sugar
    Instructions:
    1. Add flour, milk, sugar, yeast, salt, and butter into a bowl and mix together until a dough forms. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Then let it sit and rest for 10 minutes.
    2. After 10 minutes, roll the dough into a rectangular shape. Place it into a well-buttered baking dish. With a sharp knife, make incisions in the dough in a square pattern. Spread the topping all over the surface, then insert pieces of cheddar cheese into the slits. Cover the baking dish and leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
    3. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes. If the top browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil until the end of the baking time.
