It is fault of EOs from times immemorial, not to have own testing laboratory.They don't have even common sense ,that it is impossible to get pure ,Desi ghee @425 rupees a kg.
Also their original condition ,that the supplier must procure 4lakh ltr pure Cow milk per day. Is impracticable. They amended the condition to one lakh ltrs a day instead if 4 lakhs.
Pattabhi makes this as a biggest aparadham.
I challenge if he can show one dairy farm which can procure four lakh pure milk a day and pure ghee @425 akg..This is job of EO and Purchase committee to think
