1 can reduced sodium Beef stock
2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Sage leaves (Optional)
MASHED POTATO'S
4-6 Gold Potato's
Pinch of kosher salt
Heavy Cream
Salt and pepper
3-4 tablespoons unsalted Butter
ONION STOUT GRAVY
1 Yellow Onion
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
Add Stout/Beef stock liquid from Bangers
PEA'S
1 Bag frozen Pea's
1 tablespoon Butter
Salt and Pepper
MUSTARD SAUCE
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Mustard
1 heaping tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Whisk(e)y
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper
Chopped Parsley (Optional)
