    Hey Joel, I just bought a Blackstone 22" Grill for my parents. They are going to season it today and I am going to send this recipe to them...looks amazing. I am going to contact you next year, when I hopefully order a Duckworth 26' Offshore. I have some questions for you. First, I will need to sell my 215 Pacific Navigator too. I looked at the Dri-Dek too, thanks.

    Spot on. We do smash burgers weekly. It's a good go to after work meal. So many variations to try.

      @@joelmarchello3709 We like to use waygu hamburger. So good. Potato buns are a must. American cheese..hamburger dills.. spg..ketchup and mustard. Sometimes I'll do blue cheese or slap an egg on them.

      Craig Lawrey I do have a portable size Blackstone (19”) similar to the one in this video. I take that on my boat from time to time. I have eyeballed the rail mount grills for boats, but haven’t pulled the tigger.
