Teen Traffic Court 2021 Video

Kirkland's Teen Traffic Court (TTC) offers teens age 15 through 18 the opportunity to have moving violations heard in front of a judge and jury of their peers and gives them a chance to keep a clean driving record. The jury reviews case information to determine an appropriate penalty for the driver. Once the sentencing terms have been completed and necessary paperwork submitted, the infraction is formally deferred by the Kirkland Municipal Court and does not appear on the student's driving record. Currently, Teen Traffic Court is held online.
