Caroline! Thank you so much for sharing this; I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I use alot of moves similar to these to warm clients up before a session. I feel GREAT after that! I didn't sleep well last night and this was just what I needed to get a boost for my day.
I dunno but the backwards lunge with the twist really loosened up my tight shoulder scapular area and released tension - awesome. Actually this whole video was awesome in helping loosen my body. Thanks Caroline!

It was a great start for me today with these stretches. I had difficulty with lunges ( b’coz of my foot problem). On the whole it was a good start… thank you so much for sharing these…😍💐🙌👌
