I'm from Europe and reuse bubble flared lines all the time with NO PROBLEMS. No leaks for years.

So, does that mean that if I have to undo a bubble flare brake line connection, I would have to make a new flare before I can be confident it will not leak?

Yeah, I've never heard of a bubble flare being ruined once they are undone.

Yup! Once the bubble is connected and tightened, it is done. The bubble flare is kind of like a double flare but the "doubling" is achieved when you tighten the fitting. It will no longer be able to "crush conform" to the connection point again.

yes, you always have to make a new flare. It is brake system...it is your and the others safety... better is always make a new flare than risk with the old one
