Dealer markups don’t exist anymore on normal cars. Every brand is sitting on more than a months supply of cars other than toyota. They’re buying more cars than they can sell. If you’re even slightly decent at negotiating you can get a car under msrp. They’re just keeping high sticker prices for fools like you who don’t know you can negotiate
My old 2019 wrangler sport S with the auto (tacked on a couple thousand), that had more options than this one was 36k new, insane how these prices have jumped
Nice to finally see a more basic version with a stick shift! Too bad it’s 10k more than it should be ! Stalantis really need to evaluate there over priced business model!!!!
In 2013 you could get an f150 with HID headlights. By the late teens, LED was becoming the standard. The fact that this still comes with Halogen headlights is a deal breaker for me. Yes, it's an easy upgrade, but I shouldn't have to.
In 2021 I bought a new wrangler Rubicon manual and even I have had manual 4 wheelers for years if I did it again I would get the automatic because here in the desert the automatic just works better
I’m sure Ben is really tired of reading comments of people continually bitching about the price of brand new cars 😂😂 GUYS WE GET IT, ITS EXPENSIVE SO IS EVERYTHING.

Sadly 41k is what’s considered affordable, with inflation and dealer mark ups there’s no real way to escape it.
Tesla... No manual transmission with Tesla Cybertruck, although there's hope for Track Mode controls for drifting and all.

@@FirstnameLastname-gz8hythey are still marking them up chief. There's only maybe 2 companies that aren't doing it
A loaded crosstrek is under 30k.
@@johndodo2062 jeep is 10% off msrp, GM is offering 10k off select models, ford is offering 10%, get your brain out of chip shortage times dumbo😂
5yrs ago this was $28k
I think even 3 years ago…
And he says this thing is "affordable"
Exactly. And worth less today, because it's basically from 5 years ago.
It is supposed to start at $33k according to Jeep’s website. But good luck finding one without options included.
A lot of things were cheaper 5 years ago
“Low price of 41k” 😂
Lol...That's without the tax.
You can negotiate up to 10-20% msrp. They have too much inventory at Jeep.
That’s absolutely insane for that price. Chrysler needs to chill fr.

My 2012 almost identical to this base 2 door manual was 23k new before taxes
see thats how it should be
That’s more like a $25000 vehicle
You can literally get the same exact car from 2010 for less then half the price
That’s a jk model. jl models started in 2018
They are very different
@@roberto7288 but they look the same so

Incredible, back in 2008 that price bought you a fully loaded JK unlimited Rubicon.
Is the clutch problem fixed?
Of course not
That’s RIDICULOUSLY high price for what it is!
In 2021 I bought a new wrangler Rubicon manual and even I have had manual 4 wheelers for years if I did it again I would get the automatic because here in the desert the automatic just works better
Low price?
Lol!!! That thing is should be like 28k
Super base line keep for 41😂 they’re smoking crack
It’s 32k for the base model with none of the factory packages. This has all of them.
You need at least 10k as a down payment to get regularly car payments of 800 a month for 5 years
$41k for a base wrangler is crazy. Dana 30 front, no lockers, no armor. Buy yourself an older TJ for 1/3 the cost.
comes with the manual, with an ongoing recall that causes it to burst into flames with no fix.. you're welcome
one of these at a lot near me for 34k. i don't know what's going on here
They have doubled in price since the jk came out🤯i bought basically that same jeep in 2011 for 19k
“And this $40k car has cruise control!” My dads 2008 Toyota sienna that he bought for $18k has cruise control
That would be great for 30ish but nothing is cheap anymore
Only 2024 models please
Don’t forget the cheap interior and it’s very flimsy nah I’ll pass
Nice
I bought a brand new jeep just like that. in 2004 for 18k
America just needs to stop buying cars for like 6 months so we can make them lower the pricing on everything
That’s a $25k vehicle and I’m stating the max

Fuel low.
It’s a Jeep thing.
how the hell are you supposed to go offroading when you have to change gears like EVERY SECOND and have an extra pedal for stopping
tell me you dont offroad without telling me you dont offroad
Can buy a 4runner at that price and can get 3x times the mileage 😂
4runners are such women cars these days.
@@xulapostasy7132 maybe! But buy nice or buy twice! 🤔

Ben, stop reviewing "garbage."
41k?!???.. it should be 20k what a joke
I don't think so.....
"affordable" $20k-$25k base two door would be affordable.
That number is insanity. The thing is 20 K at most wow I’m baffled jeep is never been. A luxury brand and it will never be
For 40k you can get a fully loaded rav4 that will stop this in every single way.
Yeah lets see a rav4 on the rubicon trail buddy😂
41k for a base model Jeep... Pathetic.
i would never buy a fiat
I love how he says “all this” can be yours for 41k. Literally a bare bones stock vehicle? Thank you Joe Biden and the democrat party!

41k........lol
41 Thousand Dollars for basically a Toy with an obsolete motor aand a MANUAL trans. Auto will set you back anothe$4500. GTFO of here Stellantis. SMH.
