@@mmr0221The manual transmission is cheaper. By about $2,500. This is not the base sport. It’s the sport s model. The Sport S model cost an additional $4,005 over the base Sport. Comes with some extra goodies. This is for the 2 door model. Stepping up to the 4 door model also adds $4,000 to the sticker price. If you want a new wrangler, your going to pay a bunch of money to get one.

I'm in your camp, that's why I just picked up a 2023 Wrangler Willys with a manual and a 3.6. They can have those 4XE's with their 3 cooling systems; and the 2.0 turbo is direct injected and dumps all the waste oil back into the intake. The 2 best mods for me so far: getting an auto start/stop eliminator out of the company from WV and putting a Mopar fuel door on to cover the gas cap.

And what is really amazing is that down in the Philippines after Japan surrendered the us left behind 1,000’s of ww2 jeeps behind and the locals took ownership of them and really enjoyed them so much that today they have many companies that build replica ww2 jeep parts to keep those old jeeps going.

This is not a base wrangler sport 2 door. This one is the Sport S model. That adds $4,005 to the base sport models base price of $31,895. Adding two doors to step into a 4 door wrangler will cost you an even $4,000. That is before you check the box for an automatic transmission at $2,500. Oh, by the way. It’s going to cost you another $595 if you want any color other than kitchen appliance white. And you will add $1,495 to get the added security and winter protection of a hard top (it’s an option. Don’t forget to add in the mandatory $1,795 shipping and handling price.
Almost nobody is going to stock a 2 door appliance white no option manual transmission wrangler soft top. They are now special order only inventory. If you want one of those, your going to pay full window sticker and have to wait a while to get it.
