Bro I was just getting this problem in Windows 8.1. Also tried to unstall a new windows but it fixed it for a time it started again ater some time. I just put in the CD of windows 8 and repaired tge windows and it is now working properply. But I am scared. I just wana ask Is windows repair startup a permanent solution for the blue screen of death or the startup repair is stopping the blue screen of death temporarily?
