Jeez Dave, some of those roads were tight enough to give one claustrophobia; they're a bit different to this part of West Oz! Nice to see the old F-registered Morris Minor Traveller there at 22:48. Interesting, given it's location in Yorkshire, that it's a Buckinghamshire registration. One could say that it's a well-travelled Traveller! 😁

Hi Chris, they were a bit tight but very enjoyable.
You must have eyes like a hawk to spot the reg plate on the moggy!
My dad had a 1959 split screen when I was a kid.
If ever I can afford one I will have it on my drive.
      Ride safe mate, Dave

@@thatblokeonamotorbike I used freeze frame after reading the Buckinghamshire bit of the comment.

We know those hairpin bends as 'the windings'. Its between Hackness and Silpho and it's actual name is 'Kirk Gate'. Getting a long wheelbase van up that second tight bend is a challenge as the one wheel will lift off the road by one or two feet! The road is about 1:4, really steep.

Drove some of those roads just a few days ago myself. Great video as always Dave. I think you'll find, however, it's Ashness bridge on the road up to Watendlath.

Like the sound of the engine. My MZ 251 when it was fairly new, use to whistle at higher speed, that where the name came from i'm sure of it......whistle down the wind.

What a lovely ride , I like the information you give on different things . I bet it was great driving that steam engine train , I spent 41/2 years driving a tram between Wolverhampton where I live and Birmingham. Ivey did very well 👍🏍

Well mate I've never seen this route before. Starting at Fridaythorpe I recognise but other than that I'm lost.
By the way I was at Squires last night, Saturday 7th October and I think you went out just before I left was it you?
Keep up with the ride outs and videos, all the best

Fellow black 350 reborn owner here! I'm really curious about your camera setup, it's the best angle I've seen on TH-cam i reckon out of all the biker channels I've watched! Perfect angle, isn't too wide so to distort the image... isn't on the helmet so doesn't make the viewer feel sea sick with your head moving all over (or am I wrong? )... I'm guessing it's mounted on your shoulder somehow? Anyway, really good stuff 👌
