The cinnamon buns recipe is the best ! I make them in my Thermomix, it's quick and easy. I make them the day before and let them rise all night in the oven (off, door closed) so that in the morning I just have to bake and it's ready and warm ! I use the same recipe to make buns or plain brioche, it's perfect with some orange blossom water. Thanks for a great recipe, it's delicious !

Are the cinnamon buns also possible to make with almond/ coconut or others types of flour than regular flour? I am allergic to gluten soo, but before I ruin my gluten free flours haha. You could also make the icing with powdered sugar mixed with a bit of water! We always use it for cupcakes and stuff, it will go clear after it dried but is still so delicious (definitely not healthy but sometimes we can cheat right?)

very clever to add some sweetened milk while the cinnamon buns are in the oven. I always found vegan cinnamon buns a little too dry. I'll defenitely give that recipe a try.
My dad has been making everything vegan for Christmas this year! Only his oatmeal raisinet cookies aren’t vegan, and he left some separate without them! He said he couldn’t make his cinnamon bun icing vegan, but he just used another icing, and it has the same effect. My dads super cool
i made Cinnamon buns and a tart (but i made it more cheezecake style with more coconut milk and i was in the owen for 80 min at the 110 degree) and it was sooo good, thank you Sadia!
