Ingredients:
Maida- 315 gms
Salt- 3 gms
sugar- 1 Gm
Cumin-1/2 tsp
Butter-125 gm
Ammonia powder(baking powder)- 1/4 tsp
Dry Milk- 35 gms
Egg Yolk-1
Milk-1/2 Cup
Note:
1: tsp=tea spoon
2: Butter, egg,milk should be at room temperature before use.
3: Ensure that your oven is preheated at the temperature mentioned in the video before baking
4: use digital kitchen scale for measuring ingredients (measurements are must)

Asalam alailum is it essential to add egg yolk in mixture nd can we substitute butter with oil

Why make maida things which are bad for health
Almost all breads are made from Maida, all the kashmiri traditional breads here are made from Maida...this is our traditional recipes...
We should promote healthy cooking rather than traditional cooking that is the biggest challenge
Maida is a dangerous thing to consume..my advice ; make a video on maida less products
thanks for watching my videos. its part of our culture and most of the bakery in kashmir is made from maida. You can replace the maida with wheat flour and keep the rest of the recipe same.
