Wow! This was so impactful and something I needed to hear right now. I want to save this and play it everyday until I internalize all you've said fully. Thank you!
I am 60. I went to Starbucks a few days ago and I knew I looked hot. Outfit was Poppin! Hair was Poppin! Shoe was Poppin! So, I stomped into Starbucks like a supermodel and every head in the room turned. The barista just kept staring and stammering about how amazing I looked 😊. Sometimes, just knowing how good you look is enough to change the tone of the room! Confidence is the hottest accessory 😁😌
These days, anyone strolling into a coffee shop or any retail environment NOT wearing pajamas, fuzzy slippers, or baggy sweat pants with bed-head hair & mile-long lashes--will turn heads. Long gone are the days when everyone, regardless of income, was well dressed in public. And elegance need not stomp into a room.
I am 27 and can easily say that there’s SO many older women who I’ve looked up to over the years. Where I look at them and say “I want to be like her!!”. Also, I find that it’s never the ones who desperately try to cling to youth, but the ones who age gracefully. The self-assuredness, wisdom, feistiness, charming grays, skill, and authority. So many of you are still role models to those of us who are trying to figure it all out!
That’s very nice. Maybe you all get this-keep your physical health, your flexibility, strength, skin, teeth & weight as good as possible (without going overboard). It’s hard - Having children, working, caring for others, dealing with many other challenges, can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, you have to surrender - having privacy in the bathroom with a toddler in the house. But work that physicality, intelligence, & have a bit of time for yourself. Choose your partner, jobs, where you live with thought. Don’t obsess about Botox when you’re 30. 45 maybe. Think about healthcare (dental& vision, too) when you choose a career, job, & mate. Use your recreational time not to eat donuts. Anyway. This is advice from a 72 y.o. and i still make things happen & turn heads. The things i make happen are also good for the world. There are limits tho, look at the election. Things are going to get harder to do all this. But, we can’t give up, t the world is counting on us. Anyway, thank you for all the wisdom here.
very well said, and I could not agree more. I want to also say this is an ongoing process, I am 62 and find role models in their 80's that I admire and find myself saying " I want to be like her in my 80's" it's wonderful.
I’m 51 and I vibrate so high that anywhere I go I command attention. Someone once told me, “ I saw you walking through the airport and you walk like music is playing in your head” it’s because I love myself so much and I have so much peace and happiness in my life. Thanks for posting this video.
Same with me at 67 years old next month, turning heads , petite, 102 lbs. at 4’10 , eating healthy and going to the gym 3x a week, and enjoying my retirement 🙏.
So many women just stop trying and let themselves go. I work out 3 days a week with trainer, I get my hair colored regularly and watch what I eat. I don’t do it for attention, I do it for myself.
Hard to afford regular hair appointments when you get foils for me 😂 but good for you !! I do the same when I can. But workout like a psycho which I shouldn't. Lol.
I am 74 ladies and i turn heads of young men by my feminine energie! not with my decolté or very tight clothes...... Much love from South of FRance to all woman who watch this video. Be confident! A little advice: To wear beautiful, good quality lingerie helps for self confidence..

@@shay-shayhandlestolenbyyt YA’LL DO IT! I went back at 40, & was a nurse for 20+ years, retired, then went back to work a couple of years ago, got a great fella, 2 Years now. I was married 4 years to a man i knew for 30 years before. He had a head injury & then got lead poisoning, made devastating decisions i couldn’t live with. He was a co-worker of my deceased husband of 30+ years, was sick for 7 years with cancer. Thru it all, I’ve been very lucky. Do it! You’re way more able to focus now.
I've been hiding most of my life. Now 64 and finally free to be me. We don't get enough of this kind of talk when we're children. Praise, encouragement, empowerment. Then, we scrutinize and judge each other which is all human nature. Eventually we come around, if we're lucky. My 60's is my best decade!
That's so empowering! It's amazing to hear how you're embracing your 60s as your best decade yet. It's true that society doesn't always provide the encouragement we need when we're younger, but it's never too late to find your true self and live with confidence. Here's to the freedom and joy that come with embracing who we are! 🙌✨
When I was 17, I was at my peak. Young, fit, and desired by men all around. For a quick bang. Not for me, my personality, my mind, my personality. And I was depressed, very sad, naive, easily targeted. I’m only stating the facts. I knew I was “sexy” in a particular way, a physical way. I fully understand the attractiveness of youth. It’s fertile. But how many men are the ones I wanted to be my mate? How many men were worthy of me carrying their child? That’s the value of fertility, isn’t it? But if you ask the question, who do I want to BE with, who do I want to be my friend, companion, lover? And what about me will attract that? That’s an entirely different question, one that develops over time. With the richness of experience and perspective. I still attract men, but differently now that I’m older. My daughter says I am more attractive than I’ve ever been, because what I project is magnetic and magical and unique. She is young and physically far more beautiful, but she sees me as beautiful and that’s such value to me. And knowing I’m setting a good example to her is important too.
My mom has always done better with me than me and she's not super physically beautiful. I don't even know what it is! She's very kind and low drama. That's all I know.
Here is the tea .. I am 56 and if you take care of yourself . Exercise, eat right take care of your hair and skin . Basically take care of your insides and outsides you will always look great . Don’t care if you are 20 or 50 .. period ❤
I just turned 50 and I look better than I ever have, I radiate self-confidence more than ever and I love myself fully. There is no invisibility happening here! I've entered my wise woman era and I am loving it!
I absolutely love my 50’s!! Best years yet 💪🏻 working out with a trainer 3x a week + cardio 5 days a week is a game changer! The empowerment comes from how I feel on the inside. Getting in shape will give you confidence that’s over the TOP!! You will have everyone looking your way ~ men 1/2 my age or less.
Yes this! I just signed up at the YMCA because at 51 my goal is to be in the best shape of my life. For me. Because it makes me feel good and it’s so empowering. I love it!
I am 59. One day, I walked on the street of my town. A man walked to the opposite direction and said to me when he passed by: "Thanks for your smile!" I did not know, but I had been smiling on the way! In anyway, it was wonderful thanks! The other day, too, I walked on the street and smiled. I am usually smilin when I am walming. I just wondered, how some young men smiled me back! "Do I know them?" I wondered by myself. These are interesting experiences.
Thank you for this! I'm approaching 60 in just a few years and I'm honestly surprised at how much self-assuredness invokes attraction. Clearly taking great care of oneself and being healthy is a major factor, but combined with confidence, style and elegance, heads turn. An extra benefit of being older is that it helps to filter out more of the creeps if that makes sense. I privately giggle to myself, as this is a pleasant surprise to what I had expected this age to be. 🦋
I concur. It's so easy when you are older to see which men are still childish and immature and just looking for someone to have sex with but they try to disguise it as something else. So pathetic and funny. I kind of feel sorry for them now, when I used to believe them. Only problem is how hard it is now to find a man who wants a serious relationship with someone too old to give them a child. Life is funny that way...
Watched this again, it’s not our business what others think of us, I do what I want, it’s so calming to have stopped being a people pleaser! I can’t be anyone other than me 🤷🏼♀️❤️
So glad I found this/you. I needed to hear ALL of this! I will be 52 in July and have felt this decline in my life for probably 5 years since I retired from the army after 25 years of making impacts. ALL OF your words helped me realize I still have so much time to continue making impacts. I feel like I've lost the confidence and I need to figure out how to get it all back. You've got me thinking. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this. I’m 27 and the current generation is even more obsessed with youth and a narrow idea of beauty than ever. I love seeing women with years more experience than me saying that it’s worth it, that you don’t have to look 22 to be beautiful, and that wisdom, acceptance and self care is what’s truly attractive. I know that I will enjoy age in many ways, it’s the messages from the world that make me doubtful.
@@maddyG7414 Well as the election just showed us-the world, the US is f’d up. It’s interesting to look thru some celebs(like Kim) history of facelifts, Boob jobs, etc. There’s nothing wrong with keeping oneself up, but natural skin, a healthy, intelligent woman who has her own boundaries & passions are very attractive. Plus there’s some procedures that just can go wrong.
As a 48 year young woman, I feel good about myself. I am prioritizing self care now more than ever. I watch what I eat, walk and do yoga, follow a skin care routine, and try to learn and grow as an individual. I am also following my passion for writing fiction and develop my drawing skills. I read, meditate, journal and hang with people with positive energy.
As a 48-year-old, my body is the same as it was at 20, my clothes fit me better than before and I feel sexier than ever. After many years of therapy, I feel good inside too.
Great mentality, it's all about the feminine energy I have. Talking about it, have you already seen my latest video? th-cam.com/video/V0QN02Hjqss/w-d-xo.html
I just came across your video and I enjoyed everything you shared. I’m in my late 60’s and I feel and look better than ever before in my life. I can honestly say that I used to feel invisible but that’s no longer an issue, I do feel seen and I’m walking in that space and it feels so good. Thank you for sharing this it makes so much sense ❤
I loved this video! I am 59 and people tell me I look like im in my 40s. I see myself as young at heart and carry myself that way. Even my 2 grown children say I walk a happy walk. I dress well and i feel good in my outfits, I dont dress to compete, i dont over do it all, i always keep it classy/ a lil sexy. Most times young men and women will always say they like my style and it makes me feel really good. That tells me that I need to keep being me. Your video made me smile, it was a reminder to keep being me!
In your dreams you look in your fourties, sorry no offense but either they understood how delusional you are and they make fun of you, or either it is your own delusion only. No woman at 59 looks 40. Sexy????? Come on...
I turned 50 in March & I do feel invisible, I want to feel attractive . I’ve gained so much weight and the fupa is more noticeable. My skin is dry . I don’t even like seeing myself in the mirror. I started taking control of my health eating better trying to stay active. I’m going to see my family after 3 years. I’m so stressed out and feel embarrassed about the gain weight. Thank you for this video this was eye opening for me.
I don’t know how much weight you gain but if you start to cultivate self love and a positive mindset + you try to each half of your plate in veggies + move your body (walk / danse / workout), you will get results. In the meantime don’t cover yourself : look at the videos of Melissa Murrel. Each body type can find what fits. When you look at the before and after and the little details that makes the difference, you could have a lot of inspiration. You can have a small body size and look frumpy or you can have a big body size and look classy.
@virginiemazy7054 thank you so much for the encouragement. My height is 4’11 & weight is 170. At one point in my life at 40 years old I was 140 pounds but still not happy with myself image . I need to really work on myself because I do have childhood trauma growing up in abusive household.

Truth is that we ARE less noticed when we get older but at 52 you are still a young one. Even though I am happier, more confident, wiser at 69 (and dress nicely, exercise) I am noticed less BUT I am OK with that. Age says it doesn't matter how much I am noticed. Only younger people need to have the attention.
Same here it's not particularly important to me. I appreciate it. Turn heads for what ? I've turned many a head in my day. That's all it was. I didn't go home with me.
I’ve started volunteering with senior citizens and OMG…I love it. Honestly, for me, life is better when I think less about myself and more about others.
I’m happy for you , that your experience is different than most . I am 61 , and started to notice my invisibility at around 50 , once I turned 57 , it was inescapable. People slam doors in my face , run right into me , ignore me or have either a pained or disinterested look while interacting with me. This has been a very difficult adjustment, because as a younger woman I received a fair amount of attention , from both sexes .
Thank you for sharing this-it’s such a common, deeply felt experience. I This stage of life can be about stepping into your own power-showing up for yourself in ways that make you feel seen and significant. You’re anything but invisible... 💪
Biologically, i believe theres a reason to call attention. Thank God, that season is over. Now, it truly all about me. No pressure, no image or appearance to maintain. I excercize for health and longevity not esstetics, i dont dye my hair because i like my platinum hair (& it looks good!) i never smoked, drank so at my age, i still have good skin. My confidence comes from knowing i invested well in my health with common sense at an early age. Honestly, i dont fee the need to call attention...im already aware of myself.
That’s a wonderful perspective! It’s empowering to reach a place where you feel confident in yourself without needing external validation. Focusing on health and self-awareness, rather than appearance or attention, truly brings peace and fulfillment. You’ve earned your confidence, and it's beautiful to see! 🌟💪
I feel like the older you get the more confidence you have as you care less and less about other people and their opinions. I’m now 40 and although I have zero friends now, I feel more confident going out for dinner with my husbands people, than I did when I was younger with friends and physically more attractive back then.
Absolutely! As we get older, we learn to embrace who we truly are, and that confidence becomes so much more powerful than anything external. It's amazing how letting go of others' opinions can lead to so much personal freedom. It sounds like you've reached a place where you're comfortable in your own skin, and that's what truly matters! 🌟
Hi there! This video REALLY resonated with me! YES to all of this!!! Turning 50 this month and I also feel more confident than ever before! Thank you for sharing this!💖
That's awesome! Turning 50 can feel like a major milestone, and it’s amazing how many people find that confidence grows with age. It's great that the video resonated with you, and congratulations on embracing this new chapter of confidence! 🎉💖
I'm 44 and am so excited to get to 51 & be wiser, also look even better. I believe in unapologetically aging gracefully and elegantly ❤ Lots of love to everyone 💃🏻❣️👑Keep rocking beautiful ladies 💋
Something must be wrong with me because all of this never crossed my mind. I’m 64; and no affended but the 50s is just a primer for the 60s. You won’t care or even think about this. I stopped coloring my hair and love just being the real me. Yes, I wear makeup and am thin and fit, but that’s my natural way.Just love life and live your best way.
I love that perspective! 🌟 Embracing your true self without worrying about societal expectations is such a powerful mindset. The 60s can absolutely be a time of freedom, where you really stop caring about what others think and focus on just living your best, authentic life. It sounds like you’ve found your peace, and that’s inspiring. Keep shining in your natural beauty and living life to the fullest! 🌿💖
Yesssss to all of this! ❤ i am 51 and life truly began for me at 40! ❤ Am loving internally stress-free living and it shows in my smile, walk, and demeanor! ❤ Looking Forward to FABULOUS FIFTIES!! ❤
I’m 41 and since I was 39 this has been my mindset. A random unicorn shift aging but Amazing! Freaking love everything you mentioned you put it all into words what I couldn’t explain 💜💯🙌🏾
That's amazing to hear! 🌟 The shift you’re describing is so empowering, and it’s awesome that you’re embracing it with such confidence and clarity. There’s something truly magical about that phase of life when you start fully owning who you are and appreciating every stage of it. I’m so glad my words resonated with you, and I’m here for all of it-keep thriving and enjoying every moment! 💜🙌🏾💯
Thank you for your powerful talk. I've been feeling like I am invisible lately and you've reminded me that I don't need to go this route. I'm in my late 60's,. I work as a teacher full time and sometimes people mistake me for being in my 40's. Thank you for the information and the pep talk. I'm saving this to listen to again.
This came at the right time. I turned 50 this year and began thinking how my looks are fading but just yesterday I had a few men younger than me (in their 40’s) giving me the look!! I was surprised but then realized how I had taken some time that day to look confident in my look and clothing. Intention really matters! Subscribed!

I’m 50 and two days. I have never understood what is they are talking about. I feel better than I ever have and yes, I look it too. I never bought into that negative narrative. I have more energy, projects and ideas than ever and my love life is populated by great younger guys (not on purpose) who won’t give up. I’m a babe and I love it 🎉
So glad I came across this! I made a video called "5 Surprising Benefits of Exercise" and #5 is becoming more visible. I talk about Invisible Woman Syndrome for midlife woman, and how fitness makes us feel and become more visible! Just subscribed to your channel. 🙌
Glad someone is speaking about this "invisible woman syndrome" that is not a requirement by any means. Yes, to avoid it one must have interests and passions, positive energy, be curious about others, and care for the one body they've been given...but why wouldn't you want to do these things? Why wouldn't you prioritize yourself in these ways?

🙌🙌🙌 i love this and being in my 50s loving the confidence i been bestowed with. I just love this feeling ..turning heads is a bonus which is the least of my priorities.
Yes! 🙌💖 The confidence you’ve earned and the peace that comes with embracing who you are is everything. Turning heads is just a fun side effect of your inner radiance! Keep owning it, and keep shining in your 50s and beyond-you're a true inspiration! ✨🌟
@@mvp5514 My head always turns at the handsome men with nice hair and eyes. I’m always checking out the guys. Being 64 doesn’t mean your dead. Just a older lady seeing the sights.
That's so true! Eye contact can be a powerful way to connect with others and express confidence. It’s amazing how much non-verbal communication can affect how people perceive us and interact with us. 👀✨
OMG I LOVE this! I am a new channel, and did a video about Invisible Woman Syndrome (didn't know that was an actual term), mostly for practice and got hit pretty hard by male comments. Many were kind, but some quite hostile. All saying, they have felt invisible for their entire lives, or in their 20's and 30's. I think there are definitely some societal and cultural leanings, but how we see ourselves and engage in the world and overcome so many stereotypes. I feel freaking blessed to see this video! I am 52, and I am here! Thank you!!
When I was 50, male colleagues in their 20s were after me. Fighting over me (I am not available, but they still almost came to blows over my attention). If you take care of yourself, dress nicely (not revealing), exercise and are fit, and are happy, you project a calm confidence that is like a magnet. Some of it is genetic, people always think I'm 10 years younger, I've taken meticulous care of my skin since my 20s.
I still turned heads at 52 also, thought because I looked so much younger than I was that would continue, but after a full year no cycle (at 57) that started to change. Now I see at 60 those hormones really matter. I will say this though, going on a very low inflammatory diet (ZERO sugar, flour, alcohol) with tons of fruit and veg is starting to turn the clock back again. There's just no room for shenanigans after menopause if we want to stay slim and youthful.
@@HilarySilver Watching! I love working out, have been super fit in my life at various times, was a personal trainer and "aerobics instructor" back in the day. My favorite is kettlebells, hiking and rebounding. But sadly after extreme stress for the last year with very difficult aging parents and the loss of progesterone and estrogen with menopause, my adrenals are super taxed. Any weight training at all, even freaking 15 pound kettlebells, results in insomnia for days and super slow recovery. Even if I hike too hard, same thing. At this time in my life I have to take it waaaay down in intensity, only easy rebounding and hiking. I'm sad about that because I love the kettlebells, like l-o-v-e them. But my hormones can't handle any extra stress. I really pray one day I'm going to be strong again.
How I get noticed and admired at 61? I go to karaoke, and confidently belt out lively songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s. I'm the only person in the pub singing without a drop of alcohol, because I don't need Dutch courage. I eat sensibly to keep slim, and take regular exercise, to stay fit and strong. Strangely enough, my biggest admirers are young women who would love to have my gutsy attitude!
This is so true!! I am more confident now than ever over 50 even though I am not as fit as I’d like or not as fill in the blank. I don’t care anymore! I accept myself the way I am it’s so nice just not trying anymore. It’s very empowering 😊
Thank you for sharing, @marisol6560! I love that confidence you're embracing. 😊 It’s so empowering to just accept ourselves as we are! You might enjoy my video "5 Shifts to Live Life on Your Terms 💪✨ Start Truly Living!" th-cam.com/video/H3KSeV6Lfic/w-d-xo.html Don’t forget to subscribe for more! 🙌
To be honest, this could be an American or white American thing cos white American women love to denigrate themselves calling themselves fat, dumb etc. Ppl aren’t as youth obsessed in other countries and cultures because the older women are actually SECURE and still carry themselves with self respect and aren’t fighting with younger women
Great input, thank you! What do you think about what I'm saying about feminine energy? Have you seen my latest video yet? th-cam.com/video/V0QN02Hjqss/w-d-xo.html Don’t forget to subscribe!
I completely understand where you're coming from. Opting out of the male gaze and embracing invisibility can feel incredibly freeing, especially when it’s been a source of anxiety. It’s about reclaiming your peace and focusing on what truly matters to you, not feeling pressured to meet external expectations. Embracing your own space and comfort is a beautiful way to live life on your own terms. 🌿💫
I felt very sexualized as a teenager, especially because I didn't have parents who took care of me and I was living on my own at 17. For very good reasons, I always felt threatened by men. All they wanted was sex and I was raised with very high moral standards (ironic).
Absolutely! Empowering women to embrace every stage of life with confidence, self-love, and authenticity is so important. Together, we can break old stereotypes and redefine what it means to thrive at any age! 💪✨
It's not an insult my dear- it's a matter of perspective. Don't we always look back on our younger years and say 'if only I knew then what I know now?'
I'm 50 and I don't care what people think of me. I definitely have self respect and don't listen or involve myself in any kind of drama. Ps you are beautiful!
Attractiveness is ageless . It is how you carry yourself and your self confidence. I have always been a head turner and many younger women tell me that they want to grow up to be like me. I am over 60 but many men in their 50's hit on me.
Hello- I totally agree with your comments about how we can be in charge of our own presence - we can turn our lights on high, or turn down the dimmer switch as we feel it. For me, this came real when I took up lap swimming at a public pool at age 65. Like many women, I never truly felt comfortable in a bathing suit. In those early days I had an “old lady” swim dress that was a blah color and covered what I wanted covered, it was drab and meant to be that way, i.e. comfortable to make me feel hidden. I wasn’t looking to be “noticed” and I wasn’t- and didn’t like feeling invisible. I saw other older women at the pool in stylish bathing suits in bright colors and prints and realized, “if you don’t want to look like an old lady, don’t wear an old lady bathing suits. “ I have found very nice suits on Amazon, Target, Land’s End that give good coverage and don’t look “old lady.” I am 73 now and after 8 years of swimming I feel more confident in a bathing suit than when I was in my 20s. And I love shopping for bathing suits now.
The decade of the 50s is a decade when women still maintain their beauty and appeal. The 60s get a little bit challenging when the skin goes through so many changes and of course the 70s are more challenging. As far as beauty in the physical sense goes, the 50s are a given. 💝

I don’t care what yall say Money really helps. Another thing is soo many kids are getting stuck n brainwashed from the devices Apps like Roblox, Minecraft and whatever else Tech phone or I pads are stealing these kids lives away from them. All parents do not let your kids be on electronics it’s geared to addict and destroy your children
I always thought I would dye my hair when it started turning gray but I actually am finding it interesting. I want to see what it looks like, also I don't want all the upkeep of coloring my hair and worrying about roots.
I overheard a lady talk about when she finally decided to stop dying her hair, she found it freeing. I finally decided to stop dying my hair a year ago. I have found it freeing too. Plus surprisingly, so many people have told me my streaky white and grey hair suits me. This was a surprise. Allowing my hair to be what it is has been liberating. But in another sense, I've found if I don't have time to really make sure the rest of me is well turned out, I can feel frumpy and I am invisible. A lot of it is to do with energy and how we feel within ourselves. We can't always be up (I can't anyway). But making sure I do things that lift my spirit, or give myself a pep talk or compassion when I'm down helps. I think a sad part of growing older (in part due to the effects of lockdown) is the reduced social life. We don't necessarily need to turn heads but feeling connected and having genuine conversations, makes for a rich life. That's the challenge - to find ways to keep that going.
That’s such a beautiful perspective! Embracing your natural color is a journey of self-acceptance and curiosity. It can be incredibly freeing and empowering to let go of the upkeep and see where this new chapter takes you. Enjoy every shade of your unique journey! ✨🌿💫
When I walk into a room, I'm happy when people don't stare at me. They usually do notice me because I'm very tall but it's not what I want. I am an introvert, an observer, I like to be the one who figures things out first. I think I actually did become a bit more confident too with age, I do care less what people think. But I still don't really like too much attention. Maybe from some people but not in general, that's just not who I am. Anyways, still a good video, authenticity is great and it's awesome if we can just show up as the person we are.
Absolutely! 🔥 Love that confidence and self-validation-you're living proof that 40s are just the beginning of our prime! Keep embracing that energy! 💃✨
It’s one thing to look nice to improve self esteem, but it’s another thing to desire being the center of attention in every group setting. At that point someone becomes annoying. (A certain extended family member comes to mind )I’m more of the invisible type, not that I haven’t had my share of stares, but I’m OK with that.

Self-trust is your superpower! Not confidence!

@@fluffysox6072 I love this and am here for you!!!❤️
So touched by this! Thank you from a 62-year old.

Beautifully said. 👏🏻

I dress well and i feel good in my outfits, I dont dress to compete, i dont over do it all, i always keep it classy/ a lil sexy. Most times young men and women will always say they like my style and it makes me feel really good. That tells me that I need to keep being me. In your dreams you look in your fourties, sorry no offense but either they understood how delusional you are and they make fun of you, or either it is your own delusion only. No woman at 59 looks 40. Sexy????? Come on...
Yes! I completely agree with you. As I get older, the more comfortable I am with myself.
Excellent advice. So much truth in what you have said. I am 70 and still feel like I turn heads when I walk in the room!

@ Working on it 😘
At almost 49- this is exactly how I have felt and it’s getting better! THIS is prime!
Whatever age you are be confident in who you are.
Absolutely! Confidence is timeless and shines brighter than any number. Embrace who you are at every stage-you are always worth celebrating! 💫🙌✨

61 and unfortunately still get my large boobs looked at by all ages, ugh
@@mvp5514 My head always turns at the handsome men with nice hair and eyes. I’m always checking out the guys. Being 64 doesn’t mean your dead. Just a older lady seeing the sights.

Rocking my platinum pixie cut in my mid-50s and making time to work out every day. ❤
Okay, I had to click to hear your story. I’m 65 years old and turn heads. I really take care of myself, confident and happy with the way I look.
Yeah, you turn heads on the other side
I love this video and you articulate exactly how I live my life. I have 20-somethings tell me all the time that I am “goals” and it feels awesome.
I'm 42 & been feeling pretty discouraged. This video gave me hope, Thanks!

I also find that if you look at people in the eye when you walk by, they look at you back!!
That's so true! Eye contact can be a powerful way to connect with others and express confidence. It’s amazing how much non-verbal communication can affect how people perceive us and interact with us. 👀✨
I love this video. I'm also 52 and I have changed and embraced a lot of what's said in this video; but I still have some work to do.

Everything you said is so “on point”, so true!!!
@@LALALA-k9o ❤️❤️❤️

Yes ma’am! This is my first introduction to you, and you earned my subscription and “follow” with this one video ❤ 52 and 💪

@@catherineochia9996 yay! I never said this is about male attention!
This is so true!! I am more confident now than ever over 50 even though I am not as fit as I’d like or not as fill in the blank. I don’t care anymore! I accept myself the way I am it’s so nice just not trying anymore. It’s very empowering 😊

Less than five minutes into the video and I already love you. Also you don't look a day over 40 you look great.❤
That’s so kind, thank you. 🙏
Honestly I love becoming invisible over the years. The male gaze gave me anxiety and disgust
Is it about the male gaze or about connection with all people?
@ the answer is in my first comment ;)
Im 52 and i totally agree with you.❤
Totally true and so important to get this out to the women.
Absolutely! Empowering women to embrace every stage of life with confidence, self-love, and authenticity is so important. Together, we can break old stereotypes and redefine what it means to thrive at any age! 💪✨
Watching in my 30s and the look I made when she called me a baby 😅
It's not an insult my dear- it's a matter of perspective. Don't we always look back on our younger years and say 'if only I knew then what I know now?'
Im 42 but I love this message..all of it.

I'm 50 and I don't care what people think of me. I definitely have self respect and don't listen or involve myself in any kind of drama. Ps you are beautiful!
I absolutely loved everything about this video! I agree 100%!
Attractiveness is ageless . It is how you carry yourself and your self confidence. I have always been a head turner and many younger women tell me that they want to grow up to be like me. I am over 60 but many men in their 50's hit on me.
Thank you❣️🌟✨💫🫶
Confident is def a game changer, it's true that you can fake it til you make it!

I am 57 and finally love myself, never had so much self confidence🎉🎉🎉

Omg I wish I had $ for better health, less stress, help for my kids, and of course focus of health for me, would love to take the good vitamins, classes or have time to myself without my family falling apart which the people in my family already are.
PS… my advice is learn to feel completely happy and comfortable in your beautiful skin cos it’s the only skin you’re gonna be in !!
Thank you ;)’
Such a great piece of advice! Being comfortable and confident in your own skin is truly the key to happiness at any age. 😊
I’m 51 and even though I’ve put on some weight and my face is slowly giving in to gravity, I’ve never felt so sexy and confident in my life!
YAYYY!!!
I still turn heads at 56 yrs of age yo… not boasting… just sayin ;)’
Love that confidence! It’s all about embracing who you are at every age. Keep rocking it! 🙌😊
Thank you… will do 👍😘
When I walk into a room, I'm happy when people don't stare at me.
I have men my daughters ages hitting on me at 43- I validate myself today. 40s are the new 25s- no joke.
