Wow, what an amazing deep review of the headphones. I would love it if you could try them outside and how they work against wind noise and train noise. Like for instance can you hear some of the strong wind. A small portion of the wind noise was noticeable on the XM4 because of the strong ANC. The QC 35 ii, on the other hand, had an amazing wind noise resistance in low ANC. Also, the stations' announcement from the speaker was noticeable on the QC 35 ii, but not the XM4 (not the QC 45, :P).
Thank you for the honest review was thinking of getting the new ones but I think I might as well stay with my qc35ii to be honest I like the Bose sign which is the same ones with the old qc25 which very noticeable so glad to see your video first and know what's new with the new headphone very helpful thanks so much.
NC 700: touch controls, probably better mic., only 20 hours battery life, EQ, and adjustable ANC in the app. They can't be folded. QC 45: button controls, 24 hours battery life, no EQ or adjustable ANC. I would believe the comfort of the comfort is better on these. Also, they can be folded.
@@zirak93-2 Pretty much this. I have tried the 700 and the comfort is definitely missing. The mics may be better but I do not use them for calls too much. It's also $50 more expensive... QC45 $329 - NC700 $379 or $419 with the charging case.
I will do a follow up review after at least 72 hours of usage. The one thing that is very noticeable is that its way more louder. And that if you use the audio cable, the controls still work, Aware mode and volume controls still operate, not like the 35s where the audio cable would turn the headphone off and you loose volume control and had to set levels on your laptop etc. On this one I can have my mixer/laptop on max volume and control it on the headphone.
Is there a way to cycle between ANC settings without using the app on a device and just using the headset? Also does it revert to the last used ANC setting or always revert to high after power cycling like my QC35i do
There is the customise button on the headphones themselves which allow you too swich from quiet mode to awake mode but there is no way to turn your anc off even in the app so your out of luch there
If your talking about for the qc45 then they don't have an equalizer they have preset profiles for such as bass boost and what not but you cannot customise your own eq

Realistically the 45 is better due to it literally having some upgrades but you could still get the 35 and be happy unless you don’t like micro usb

And as for the anc setting on the qc45 they have no adjustable anc setting they just switch from awake to quiet
