    Here's the main pantry items we use to make our Japanese sauces:
    - Soy Sauce
    - Cooking Sake / Rice Wine (sub Chinese cooking wine)
    - Mirin (sub sugar)
    - Rice Wine Vinegar
    - Sesame Oil
    - Worcestershire Sauce
    - Ketchup / Tomato Sauce
    - Miso Paste
    - Dashi Stock (Sub kombu stock for vegan)
    Other condiments needed are:
    - Garlic
    - Ginger
    - Sugar
    - Chilli Flakes or Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese 7 Spice)
    - Kewpie Mayo
    - Tahini

    Thanks y'all for educating us on the benefits of cooking from scratch (microplastics, msg and all that stuff).
