You need to remember with both groups there was no autotune or studio tricks. Music was played on REAL instruments and not a computer. You either had talent or you didn't. The lyrics really connected you to the singer. Particularly with the Bee Gees, they didn't use over-sexualized or disrespectful lyrics.
