hey lovely family, we have today (You've lost the loving feeling by the Righteous Brothers. It has been a highly recommended song soo I hope you all enjoy it. it got me so speechless, I think since I reacted to this SONG; I have replayed this song more than 20 times, and it's still melting my heart every other time, I thank you all or whoever recommended it on my previous reactions. LOTS OF LOVE.
You are so real, I shed tears with you. Thank you for that shared experience. I've heard it a hundred times and it still gets me... lots of love to you
@@reallybadgamer thank you so much dear, its truly a great song that would move a person every other minute they listen to it, especially if one has a soul😊😁 (lol).
Mimi, you will love Soul and Inspiration by the Righteous Brothers. Bill and Bobby equally share the singing responsibilities. They absolutely nail it. If you can dear, prepare to be shattered AGAIN!!. I loved your reaction. RNB
@@MimieBatte, you have been taken by blue Eyed soul. That term was created just for them, because of them. They created something that is ageless. No one can compare to them right now. If you want to hear something that is also ageless, get into Louis Armstrong, he is a Jazz musician but he also sings. He played the trumpet from the 1920's to when he died, I think in the '70's. But his most memorable song was "Wonderful World " it's just so great. Listen to it when he sings it live, it'll completely floor you.
@@MimieBatte , you can't explain Blue Eyed Soul. They were so perfect. People don't have words for it. That's why when they first played in front of a black audience, they were first booed. When they finished singing, someone in the audience cried out they were "Righteous brothers ". That is where they actually got the name for the group. And now you know how much they were appreciated after people began to really listen to them.
I think I can explain what you felt when listening to The Righteous Brothers but you couldn't explain what it was. It's the presence of greatness that will probably never come again. They were amazing as a duo and when they sang solo. Your reaction is priceless and that's how we felt seeing these two in the 60s. Thank you for keeping their music alive.
I'm a fifty two year old male and I still cry when I hear it... This is real music and harmony... Long before all the mixing and auto-tune BS... A time when talent ruled over technology.
Oh my sweet lord, this reaction is rock solid 24k gold, it sure would have moistened her knickers, no question.. greetings from Melbourne Victoria Victoria Victoria Australia
This song has an amazing effect on women, actually it effects everybody n I'm surprised n happy to see it's effect on a whole new generation, the righteous Brothers are truly gifted n im a 62 yr old tuff guy n it melts me too
Don't worry about finding the right words to express what you felt, your actions said more than any words ever could. Trust me when I say that those of us who grew up with that song, and many others like it, fully understand what you are feeling. 🥲
I can't help but notice how women today are not use to this kind of music. It sends them into another place and time. It's sad that so much music today has degenerated into a very dark place. Another group that touches the soul from a few years later was the Carpenters try Superstar or Solitaire or This Masquerade. You won't be disappointed.
Thanks alot dear , i will be checking them out,its sad to me too, thinking of how much good music i don't know or i never heard before, what a time but likely i discovered it😊. I can't be grateful enough for the recommendations its the only way i discover great music. Lots of love
Very true. The songwriting and songwriters of the 50s and 60s were on a different level than the degenerates these days. Love is the best thing on earth...these are timeless classics Check out Buddy Holly, True Love Ways or any of his songs...that he wrote n produced before his 23rd birthday SO MANY great acts from 55-63...before the Beatles changed everything
You know how we felt back in the day when this first came out and how much it affected us. I am 72 and they were my absolute favorite group! They brought out so many feelings and they still do today! Enjoy the enlightenment of the Righteous Bros!
Never apologize for feeling the power if the Righteous Brothers. The song was magical and your review was truly wonderful. You felt more than heard. What a heart you have. Listen to Hatfield singing Summertime and be amazed again.
You've Lost That Loving Feeling has the distinct honour of having the most plays on American radio in the 20th century, blowing away every song ever played since they started playing music on the radio. In the last 36-years of the century it was played over 8,000,000 times. Who knows what the world wide numbers were/are?
When they started as a duo Bobby Hatfield had the tenor voice and Bill Melody was the baritone voice they shouldn't have blended together but they did and it was pure magic They went on for decades singing together. This song was played more than any other song in American Radio and T.V history. No other song has surpassed it in the 20th century. They were also known as The Blue Eyed Soul Bros because they sang from their hearts and souls every performance. 💙
AWESOME reaction Mimi! Thank you for allowing me to sit in with you again! I know exactly how you feel, I felt that way back in 1964 and I still feel the same way today!
I have watched dozens of reaction videos of this song. Many of them the reaction has been the same as this. Speechless ❤. It’s so heartwarming that young people today have this reaction to a song from nearly 60 years ago.
That was as honest and emotional a reaction I may've ever seen. I loved it.. It will probably not surprise you that this was the most played song on radio/TV and cinema in the 20th century. It is never too late to discover this absolute masterpiece. Thanks for sharing.
I have listened to 75+ reaction videos on this song since I discovered these reaction videos just six months ago and it is well on its way to being the most played song of the 21st century ... Seriously, it really is ... Oh, wait a minute, I think it was Unchained Melody that was the most played song of the 20th century. Either way, both are timeless.
Beautiful reactions. And this song is an excellent example of why people say "they don't make music like before" these days. I don't think I've seen a reaction as strong as yours before.
This is my favorite reaction ever to the Righteous Brothers or probably anyone else. The fact that their talent and those amazing lyrics moved you so much is WONDERFUL! I love seeing other people fall in love with these guys ❤😊
Almost two years after you posted this I came across your reaction today and it is the most amazing heartfelt reaction I have ever seen. You were hit so hard by this song that had the same effect on me when I first heard it back in 1964. I have subbed your channel just from this and I will be checking out what you do because your reaction to this was so wonderful.
Hi there Mimi Michel. Mimi, You don't ever need to apologize for expressing feelings and emotions brought on by Music. The Feelings and Emotions brought on by music is what makes Music so Timeless and Endearing. I found it very Touching to witness your reaction to this song... and I'm a guy. I Love your channel and what you do with it. Thank you for sharing all of this with the rest of us out here. My life has been enriched by all of the effort and time that you have put into your videos. Please keep up the good work. That being said... I hope that you and yours remain Well & reasonably Happy. So, until our paths cross again... Keep Smiling... Cheers...
This song “you’ve lost that loving feeling “ was the most played song ever, on the radio. So you see, millions of others just like you, loved this song.
Know you know how a guy should serenade you. Also, tell your grandparents that you listened to this, and watch the years fall away and the smile on their faces as they remember.
Best reaction to this song ever. Bill Medley went to my high school in Calif. and the auditorium is named after him, (rightfully so) I babysat his kids a few times also. A truly great couple making great music. This is what I grew up listening to and I'm glad you are hearing it for the first time. Keep posting, Loved it!!
You are truly a romantic and loving person because you get so captured into the expression of this performance. This is a heartfelt song from the soul.
I was 13, a giant hormone with feet, totally in love with a 15 year old, black haired, blue-eyed beauty that lived near our church and was barely aware of me, when this song came out. Hehehe, 57 years later this song still makes me think of her, and it still brings me to happy, smiley tears, just like yours. BTW, it's called Blue-Eyed Soul. I love that my grandchildren's generation are discovering the sound track to our lives, and that we were hip decades before they were born. Probably every generation says this, but in our case it is true. We had the best music to grow up with. Thank you for your journey on the You Tube Time Machine. Keep on enjoying it. Smiles to you.
I love that you put comments instead of talking through. BTW : Bill Medley sang (Time of my life) with Jennifer Warnes for the movie Dirty Dancing. Great reaction so I'm checking out a few more of yours. Well done!

What a beautifully sweet, honest reaction to what a man's losing what he needs SO badly.
I grew up listening to this kind of music...60's & 70's music. The Righteous Brothers are without a doubt the best male duo of all time.
I would not trade the last 70 yrs and have missed the pass periods of music.
What a sweetheart. Your honest reaction was truly precious.
This was 1964, no auto tune, no electronically produced music, just talent. Great reaction from the heart Mimi! 🙂

The word you are looking for is "TALENT." Entertainers these days don't have any.
Can pick out the few that do...
You can't say ALL of them have no talent. I am 64, but I can pick out the few that do. Cut those some slack!
Lovely reaction from this lovely lady.

American men were different back then 1965. They really respected women back then! They weren’t tarnished by the rubbish that is now!
There are no more words to describe these two and their beautiful voices and songs.
