When we hear how great those other, maybe less popular songs are, those songs become more popular, especially since we know that there will be no more new Billy Stewart songs. The tragedy is, I wonder what he would have done musically if he had lived to become an old man. Heck, he could still be alive, at age 87!

Boy, what memories! 73 yrs old and I just went back to the projects, summertime gatherings, and lots of fun. Times were so different then…even with all of our struggles of trying to just get our rights/freedom…equality. We were bonded by good friends, neighbors and most of all family. Going to school or just sitting out and never any drive by shootings , or classroom shootings! As much as I enjoyed this tune, it made me sad too-What has happened with our music, with us as a ppl.! I appreciate how you have embraced this music, keep listening!
