My ideal self sticks to a wfpbd, but in practice it’s really difficult. Especially working on the road, and having small kids. But it’s not all or nothing. I try to eat whole plant based foods when I can.

I have been doing my best to have a whole foods plant based diet for months now but I always felt so guilty that with my life style/needs/wants having animal products (minimally processed as possible) is just so much easier and make me feel better. You helped release some of thar guilt. Thank you :)
