    What a great video, straight to the point covering all the major concerns/questions. I needed this motivating confirmation clip! Especially the reminder of just needing creatine monohydrate, there are so many different forms noted when you walk into a GNC or vitamin shop etc. I have been off creatine for yrs, can’t wait to get the benefits again. The only last note not mention was if it is mixed in a protein shake, will the creatine lose its effect? Or does it have to be solely by itself?

    Finally an honest person who has useful info without 1400 commercials and an introduction blasting music like they’re a host to a late night television show. I think I can speak for all of us when I say you get the #1 award for best helping post. Thanks Bro.

    Hi Richie, great video! Thank you! Could you share any information whether or not creatine intake is age dependent? It looks like that nutritionists do not recommend to take it as a teenager, but only to take creatine at the age of 18.

    • @ShakeNBake-jd3km
      @ShakeNBake-jd3km 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      The reason they recommend use of creatine only at 18 and older is simply because of lack of research involving children and teens.

      Creatine is safe for teens even younger teens cause creatine is natural and it’s found in meat

    Great video! The only thing you didn’t mention which I’m hoping to find an answer for - is how much water should you be drinking if loading with 20g per day? It’s recommended to drink 3-4 L for only 5g… would love if you can clarify!

    hey! just discovered this channel and subscribed! yall got really good, easy-to-understand, and science-based content on here! could you also go more in depth behind creatine monohydrate and creatine ccl? I've also heard about creatine ethyl ester too? it would be great if you could go over the differences, purposes of all, and which creatine intake may benefit us more towards the personal goals we may have. that would help a lot! I did some research on these when I first thought about taking creatine. I am taking creatine hcl right now, but I think it would be beneficial to know the benefits and differences of all! thanks!

      you have to understand that this is an ad, this youtube channel is a company that sells creatine, they dont talk about potential hair loss over creatine consumption, find neutral channels if you want a real opinion

    For the last 5 months I take 20 to 30 grams a day. I am commercial fisherman, I lift about 300 traps a day, the trap weight about 50 lbs, that's without fishes. I lift close to 10000 pounds a day, and my day starts at 5 am to 6pm. I feel stronger than ever.
