A very famous psychologist is recommending mindfulness, meditation and yoga, talking about acceptance and mentioning the word "medications" only once in the whole video? It makes me happy! There is hope for this world!
    Thank you!

I was wondering wether you could possibly create a video on the physical symptoms of OCD, eg. Palpatations, racing heart, dizzyness, stomach ache, trembling etc and why this happens and how to stop and deal with this happening, it would be a great help for me, this happens to me everyday and I am at a loss of how to deal with it, love the videos on this page

Hey! You have to learn to experience anxiety. You will quickly start to recognize your symptoms and stop worrying about them. It's just your anxiety, experience it and continue with your life doing something you value.

liam lowery It happens because you engage in compulsive behaviours or thoughts when you feel uncertainty, anxiety and other feelings you don't like. I recommend you the youtube channel of a guy who has OCD and helps other people with OCD, his name is Mark Freeman. He has published a book which is really super helpful, it's called the mind workout, buy it and read it!

@@brice-9696 seems to be a reaction that is similar to anxiety one where I go into loops but all that is said by inner dialogue and pictures is a lie ,overgeneralized. What seems to help is to divide my attention to sensation of my body and notice thoughts and emotions as they happen and then I dont experience it as badly and at times ,more and more, become free of this automatic illusion. takes time
