for last question, I have occupied several positions in different fields and I have worked in my home country for more that 4 years and in Dubai for 9 years which is a multicultural country, thanks to this challenge, I have a awesome flexibility that enables me to be successful on the professional level wherever and with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
To answer the last question, when I was working with the red cross remotely I was dealing with people in very very stressful situations, and sometimes that gets to you mentally so when we had a Zoom meeting during those time I gave a presentation about gardening. How plants help us to destress ourselves. you don't need money for that and can do it at home with recycled things. They enlighten your mood and motivate you.

That's a great start! I'd add a concrete example of when you used that multicultural background to solve a problem. Good luck with your interview!
