Thank you for such a thorough and thought provoking video. Your presentation including your voice is calming and delivery helped take away my nervousness about the interview
1. I really hate lying, but it seems these behavioural questions tend to make people create stories. What if I have never been in the situation asked? In some cases, I can say how I would do if that ever happen to me in the future, ok. But for others, you can only answer if you really lived that situation. Recruiters do not want to hear that you have never been in that situation, they always expect something. 2. Also, when they asked about a project that was challenging or when you have to deliver bad news, what if I only had entry-level positions, such as Customer Support Agent? What are the chances that I was involved in any kind of project or had to make tough decisions?
Hi Weslley! For these behavioral type questions, the actual issue doesn't matter much. What matters is how you handled the situation, if you were methodical, demonstrated initiative, if the results you set out to achieve were achieved, if you reflected on what you'd improve on next time, etc. Good luck with your interview!
It seems to be different now, There were three questions per video that they wanted to be answered together, instead of the regular 1 question per 8 videos. One of the questions stated "you must agree that this is remote" and then the next video stated "You must agree that this position starts at 18.00," but the position actually begins at $16.00 -$30.00. I'm just confused as to why that even came up like that.
