    Tama kay diyan Dra. Rojo, apat na araw pa lang ako hindi kumakain ng kanin at puro ulam lang, from Oct 29 to Nov. 2, malaki ang pagbbago sa katawan ko. Dahil ako ay na stroke nong 2015, pero deretso na akong magsalita, gumaan ang left kong paa naihahakbang ko na, ang kaliwa kong kamay naihahawak ko na ng isang bagay at naitatas na. Kaya Dra hulog ka ng langit sa aming lahat. Thank you very much for your radical and new advocasy in our time now.

    Tama ka dyan doctora, kung susundin lang natin ang itinuro sa atin ng lumikha, mabubuhay tayo ng malusog, hindi magkukulang at walang sakit na dadapo sa katawan natin at mabubuhay tayo ng matagal.

    Maraming salamat Doc Rojo sa mga information na natutunan ko sa mga videos ninyo. Sa totoo lang 52 yrs. old na ako ngayon pero maraming lesson akong natutunan. Muna bata ako kanin na ang nasa lamesa namin. Parang hindi ka mabubuhay kung walang kanin sa bahay. Pero ngayon narealize ko lahat ng mga sinasabi mo at totoo. Si lola ko namatay sa diabetes tapos iyong tita at si mother ko namatay din sa diabetes dahil sa pagkain na puno ng carb. Ngayon na encourage ako na huwag na akong kumain ng rice. Mas pipiliin ko na lang kumain ng ulam na may kasamang gulay. D ako mahilig sa meat more on fish , egg at gulay lang talaga ako. Pero paminsan minsan kakain din ako ng meat.

    I am now on my 10 days of no rice diet, promise to my self hinde n din ako kakain ng kamote at saging n saba on my next ten days of low carb diet. Tnx to my husband sya nag introduce sakin ng community n to at kay doktora rojo.

    idol kita doc ikaw ang binigay ni lotd sa akin para mabago ang buhay ko ang ako mga sakit grabe na kasakit ako tuhod.hangang ngayon meron parin sakit sana after 1month ako mag low carb sana gagaling na ito.bigat na kasi ako 74kls na po ako now.

    Salamat Dra. Nabago na ang takbo ng buhay ko dahil sa vlog mo. Totally di na ako kumakain ng rice 3 days na ngayon... inalis ko na rin ang pag inom ng soda at sweet juices... for me its miracle kaya ko pala. Dati addict ako sa milktea halos daily akala ko healthy mas lumala ang gout ko. Then sinundan ko ang mga payo mo na pagkain thanks GOD nabawasan ang pain sa siko ko gawa ng gout. Although umiinom parin me ng allopurinol. Dati umiwas ako sa red meat kasi mataas daw sa purine. Ng mapanood ko mga vlog mo sinunod ko mas gumaan pakiramdam ko. Thank you Dra... God bless...

    My husband sabi nya when I started last Aug.hindi niya kakayanin kung sya daw kasi driver sya paano daw sya mabubusog sa ulam lang, but look at him now mag 2 wks na sa low carb & di ko sya inaya o pinilit man lang.Nakita nya lang ang result sa akin at lagi niya naririnig tong mga vedios mo Doc Grace.Iba talaga daw sobrang gaan ng ktawan nya hindi na daw sya laging hapong hapo at lumiit na tiyan nya.

    Hi Doc, almost 2 weeks now since i find your vlog "life without Rice", walang pag alinlangan sinubukan Kong I challenge Sarili ko. 1-3 days medyo Hindi ko kaya pero pinilit Kong ituloy huwag Kumain ng rice, now almost 2weeks Hindi ko namalayan naeenjoy ko na araw araw kumain lang ng ulam without Rice at mas malakas Ako kaysa dati na kumakain Ako ng rice. In just 2 weeks I loss 5kilos.

    Hi doctora Grace im diabetic type 2 but control 6.0 A1C 🙏 alternative rice ang kinakain ko i eat miracle rice or sometimes cauliflower rice which is really good zero carbs sia. If i want to eat bread i make almond bread or coconut flour bread with monkfruit sugar substitute. I walk. Dance, pilates and zumba every other day 🙏🙏🙏 thanks doc

      Maraming tao ang umabot ng more than 1h yrs. ang edad n kumakain ng rice. Rice is the staple food of Filipino people pro wag lg damihan ang kain.

    dahil sa mga vids mo doc. na share ko din siya sa mga kakilala ko yung impact ng pagkain ng carb. I started to help my self to improved when it comes to my health and sa mga tao sa paligid ko.. i can no longer imagine myself kumakain ng rice lagi ko naiisip mga sinabi mo doc na rice is equivalent to sugar =)

    salamat doc Grace 5 days na ako walang rice pang two days ko ngayon sa 14 hours fasting simula nung napanuod ko vedio mo na walang kanin walang problema
