    This was a fun flow with the right amount of challenge. I enjoyed ending up at the bottom of the mat - it was a fun change of pace.

    Day 6 is in the book! Because of my work schedule I sometimes have to do this after work it really is a great way to end my day after walking and standing all day! Thank you!

    To be honest I’m not feeling well today as I do have a huge amount of sadness inside my heart.I couldn’t bring myself to draw or paint or to do anything from my work as my feelings are controlling me I tried to talk to a friend about how do I feel but no one seems to understand me or even to clap for me.On the other hand, I am proud from myself for completing day 6 from feel better and move better and I wish from the bottom of my heart for this sadness to get away from my heart.

    Day 6 completed - what a flow you gave me, and energy, the music so appropriate and well tuned as the previous one! Living the fullest today with a smile heading for breakfast and then golf and a good-bye to summer 🙂

    That felt good but was a tough one. I've never been able to do that airplane one..balance. I had to modify with a chair..looking forward to tomorrow. Thank you and namaste

    Love this! Had a horribly stressful day at work and just wanted my bed to swallow me up. Did this though and it really has given me extra energy and my brain no longer feels like it's about to explode!❤

    Another good class - liked this flow. With Tree and Warrior 3 - two of my faves. Surprised no sphinx yet, haha. :)

    Thanks a lot, I do these yoga sessions in the middle of the day, as a break from computer work and that is great. I will do this practice tomorrow again as I need to repeat warrior 3, my balance is not the best 🙂

    Awesome.
    I begin my day wondering if I can still do yoga work outs I did 5 years ago. Realizing the answer is no but needing something thats resistance exercise and something I can do.
    When I arrived into that ankle stretch I knew deep in my soul that Joelle has been here too.
    I cant wait to find the video with just a little more fitness.
    Id recommend this to anyone just beginning to suffer from a little immobility and maybe take note you may have to modify the plank and balance poses.

    Day 6 nixed! Yikes! Wasn't balancing to my fullest today, but I know balance can change from day to day. Also, I know without sight, balance is always a bit tougher, so I practice it daily! I feel so much better today than yesterday! Looking forward to tomorrow!

    Could not plank pose or warrior due to old foot injuries 😓😓😓 Ballance was awful but still completed the session today to catch up 😊🙏🙏
