As someone who has built three customs pcs in the past, redux is an exciting idea. I do highly recommend that anyone who is looking into pcs please do your research. Noab is right; research is your best bet and will help you in the long run. If you want the best of the best, and you are willing to look for them, custom building is your best bet. If you want an out-of-the-box battle station or an intro to pcs and have no idea where to start, then pre-built is a good idea.
And with redux being cheaper then say origin or NXRT, it's a good bet to look into them.

I went with REDUX, and changed my order after I made it, and they were super cooperative with me and changed the order with no issues. I have built two computers in my life for myself, both worked fine and provided long service, but this time around I could not get the parts, and need a new computer, (mine is 10 years OLD), I started looking at other options. RUDUX has been great and they are hard to beat on price and the service is great too. With a 2 year warrantee how can I go wrong!!

My pc came with a loud useless CPU fan cooler, loud and very capable GPU, low end ram. I upgraded ram, GPU and CPU fan cooler. Watch vids, learn to build. Then save up, catch components on sale, piece one together. No debt, and you learned a valuable skill while getting something nice for far less than most people pay for a pre-built! And for most gaming, you don't need the latest-greatest-priciest rig out there, it will be "obsolete" in a few months anyway, no matter when you build. Let the trust fund kiddies fight over who has the biggest E-Peen while you enjoy your games and laugh all the way to the bank!

@@shawnskates I wouldn’t recommend you make the jump now. It took me three months to get my 3070 and a 3060ti for a friend. It also took 5 hours of standing in the freezing cold to get a 6700xt for myself as well. If your willing to do things like that then yes pc is worth the jump, if not then wait until June or May and the pc market will be normalized again. Again once the market normalizes then yes make the jump because IMO PC > Consoles.
Few tips. If building then follow the tips from above and obviously a lot more and watch a few build guides. If buying a prebuilt make sure the front panel is mesh so you have good airflow (never get a closed front panel especially if you get hot running components). Another thing don’t let fanboys deter you from pc gaming I’d you want a prebuilt or a pc (console fanboys). No a PS5 and XSX are not more powerful then a $1000-$1100 pc. The price seems like a lot but it’s really not because you don’t have to pay for online, games are cheaper, and you know “other” methods of getting games are there to. Your pc if it’s like $1000 will keep up with the price of the console and give you more options and smoother/better gameplay. If you just want gaming again I would say console for now because we see games like AC Valhalla doing better on a $500 system compared to $500 systems. Sorry for the really really long message but enjoy pc gaming man

I wouldn't go with the budget options due to the fees and shipping and stuff like you said but this was seriously one of the best prebuilts I've ever laid eyes on lol I don't even know if my cable management is that good....I'd have no problems recommending them to a noob who doesn't wanna build.

There is nothing wrong with the aio... because you don't understand what gamersnexus meant. If the pump runs dry then it is bad, the radiator will most likely be orientated in that way for most builds. Because air rises in water it is bad for the pump to be located above the upper part of the radiator. On this instance that isn't the case, but it does increase noise levels by a small margin if I'm right.

I'm trying to build my first ever PC but I don't have access to Microcenter and with the lack of GPU in the market, my friends told me to just resort on buying prebuilt. I'm looking to get my first ever gaming PC and while I would prefer to build one, the crazy GPU scarcity is making that pretty hard right now. I could also just wait, but I'm still gaming on an Xbox One so I'm really wanting to upgrade for Christmas lol. The website shows that the 3080s are sold out so I'd be looking at the 3070 build.
