This is several months after the review, and I bought my own Build Redux gaming PC from these guys. I also have the 10700K Core i7, I could only afford the RTX 3060Ti, the 512 M.2 4th Gen and a 2TB platter disk. The remote that came w/ my system controls the RGB lighting to just about any configuration you can think of. The R on the branded liquid cooling unit is not controlled by the RGB lighting. The case looks great, the cable management is exactly like in your video, the water cooling tubes at the bottom, pretty much, exactly like your own build. I have the 32gb of RAM tho. My system runs great. I have no issues at all. I got mine w/o the OS installed so I could set it up myself. This system is pretty bad ass.

Just received my Redux PC. It took 7.5 weeks to arrive. During this time, they provided little-to-no updates. My order was "Pending" until one day it was "Shipped." Shipping was pretty fast - 4 days for cheapest shipping option. They charged me $832 for an RTX 3070 (this seems a little shady given their claim of MSRP prices). The unit arrived without noticeable damage. Unlike Linus's version, they installed the water cooler oriented upwards, and you can indeed hear the bubbles sloshing inside occasionally - otherwise it's very quiet compared to my old PC. One memory stick seems to be questionable - it often stalls on DRAM during BIOS. One fan is not spinning and I seem to have trouble getting it to boot up after it's been powered off all night. Once it's up and running, it runs nice and gets 90 FPS on Ultra settings on Witcher 3 on 2560x1440 resolution. I'm kinda miffed about the price of the RTX card, but assuming they can help fix the fan, memory, and boot issues, overall I'm not unhappy with the purchase.

Update: I had to send it in to get repaired because it kept failing to boot. I think they replaced the RAM. They also provided a replacement fan but didn't install it for me. I lost the packaging after my initial purchase, and they charged me $50 for a new box to ship it in. Don't discard your box! After the repair, it works just fine.

7:30 - That RGB remote is for that acrylic GPU support. I actually bought one of these off Amazon a few years back. It came with the acrylic piece which had a small recess, a small RGB strip on acrylic that fit into that recess, and a remote. From what I can tell, though, the GPU support they sent does not have that recess for the RGB part, so I'm not really sure what's going on here. I just wanted to mention it.

The RGB remote goes to the "DS PCB" he noticed. Clicking on the lock button 5 times in a row, or holding it down for 5 seconds (one of the two) should get it to sync the remote to the LED control board, allowing him to control the lighting. The acrylic board support came with the GPU, and since you bought it, you get to keep all parts that came with the components.

Think the only changes I'd recommend to them: Include more memory options (at least add a 32GB option), choice between air-cooled and AIO (rather than forced option). And maybe some variance in the power supply as mentioned would be nice for higher end rigs
Also hoping they include the RX 6000 cards when they release... but that's a "yet to be seen" situation.

They said it would ship the week of the 11th, when I was able to get through to someone back in early November, but it didn't.. Still waiting today with no idea as to when it's supposed to come. A lot of the people around your order date are starting to get their PCs in so you probably have no more than a week or two to wait.

Seems like they have a limited number of components and can't fully customize your build that I'm finding. Like, I don't need the wireless thing, and I would like to put the OS on a separate SSD.
I'm guessing something like that could be worked out if you contact them, but as of right now, it's just a relatively fixed amount of parts. Still though, a $75 build fee is pretty good compared to other brands I've been seeing.

I've ordered a PC from Redux Gaming (based in the Netherlands, so probably part of the EU branch of Redux?) back in June 2020 and can confirm that the spces and build quality is absolutely solid. Mine was shipped with a Ryzen 5 series CPU that wouldn't boot during first boot and with some help from the Redux helpdesk we concluded the CPU might have gotten a bit lose from the socket during transit. Reseated it and the system booted fine. Still running it to this day. Cable management was as neat as in this video, so that must be a company standard.
Only downside I can think of for this company and concept (at least in EU) is that you don't have that many options to upgrade a pre-selected device (storage, mem and usually a wifi adapter, that's it). So less customisation compared to their US/CAN branch.

So wait, why was there a motherboard still in the box but not in the PC? Is this a situation where they send you the parts to build yourself? Which would make the build fee kinda strange? Or did they just send you the box as a display to show what motherboard it is? Or did y'all place it there yourselves for comparison's sake? I have so many questions, especially since I plan to buy one of these things soon.

on the site, they only show like 6 or 7 good reviews. Linus' is one of them. noting that you can't choose mobo or know which one you get, no choice in cooler, psu or case, fans, system overall color, ram, or ports. unknown how many of this or that the system has. The site is basically for a buyer with just a little knowledge of pc's and would usually buy a pre-built anyway.
they say 1 month to ship. this means they are reselling systems assembled in China and that they are defaulting to gtx 1650 means you;re getting probably a recycled crypto mining card with cheapie rgb fans and aio, probably B450M board, WiFi is not on the board, they incl a dongle, try to get you to incl a $9 keyboard listed at 35.
