I fish braunig lake all the time but I normally go to the back by the beaver dam and come back with a ice chest full of 30 plus inches

What kinda rig should I bring ? Fishing bruanig soon
Carolina rig with circle hook works best for me out there & I like to use No roll weights. Also rod/reel setup depends on if you’re gonna be boat fishing or bank fishing.

I use the same bait but I take the head off the shrimp 🦐 and don't catch anything at brauning lake fishing from the bank.
Yeah sometimes that head has a lot of scent, maybe try leaving it on next time. 👍🏽 Also whole crawfish work great out there.
