I moved to New York City exactly in 1980 and I remember how Chinatown was the place to go for seafood, Chinese gourmet food, fireworks, and Chinatown had a variety of clothing stores where you could find good deals for leather bomber coats. It also had it's dark side!

If you’re referring to FPC’s or FCI low’s then yes, it’s a country club compared to state. USP’s are generally pretty rough…, Beaumont is called Bloody Beaumont for a reason, there was an incident there that caused a nation wide BOP lockdown not too long ago. USP Terre Haute is also another rough one, as well as USP Hazelton, Thompson, USP Big Sandy, etc…
As someone who lives some what near USP Beaumont that’s 100% facts. That place is like the thunder dome in terms of gang fights and murders

I remember him well. I have a question , there was shooting in Queens back around 92 or 93 where a GhostShadow dai lo name Vinh, I dont know remember his nick-name, we all went by nick name back then.
He was also vietnamese. The newspaper claimed he was shot by Flying Dragon boss, Sui Bao. Does Kenny remember anything about that? If so, can he mention anything about it. I am very curious about what happen.

A rat could be someone who committed a crime with someone and snitched on the other people involved to get less time or no time. Or in general just cooperating with the police when you're supposed to be in a criminal organization.

@@jenniferlee482 well usually the feds or state will take a guy with serious charges and tell him they will give him significant or no time if he tells on the guys they want or gets info from the guys they really want that’s why Sammy the bull did all those murders but got less time than John gotti because he snitched on him. It’s the same playbook for everyone because it’s hard to beat the United States government so most guys just take pleas instead.
