Y’all are hilarious 😂😂 For context, I was shooting a video and taking pictures in the garage with a friend. I wanted to move the bike somewhere else so I started it, but my friend was on the phone and he gave me that look. I had another friend recording bts of the shoot and he happened to capture this moment. I found it funny and wanted to make a meme out of it.
Not complaining.. just giving advice for those who don’t know.. Starting the engine without driving it and turning it back off is bad for the bike.. Maybe this isn’t the best explanation.. I hope you understand
Can you explain to me why you like a loud exhaust ? I got annoyed after a few weeks and put the stock back on. Sometimes I just want a discrete ride between me and my machine and I would like to have good ears as well.
@@alexv5581 just depends on the person. Mine is very loud but I also like it. Always been into muscle cars stuff. It’s never bothered me that much. I always wear my ear pods so I have music blaring. It’s actually a lot easier to hear if your engine isn’t running right and as others said helps people look due to the sheer noise next to them. Funny watching peoples windows roll up quick when I start to pass them. :)

my neighbor is awesome. i already lock my bike, but when i'm wake up there were extra lock at my bike. they told me, they didn't want my bike getting stole. so they will give the key when they're not home. i'm feel grateful and thankful to have neighbor like this.

I walked back from the shops and fiddled with something on my dash one night, and a few drunk guys approached telling me to ‘leave that guy’s bike alone’ as they didn’t recognise me from behind 😂. It’s nice, isn’t it? Thanked them all!
I used to drive my bike to work every morning at 4am, and I got to work one morning and my coworker showed me a community thread on the NextDoor app, I had 150 people complaining that my bike was too loud and would wake them up, and they were going to have cops wait for me and try and pull me over. Needless to say I switched routes😂

@@roosersan Get two Universal Exhaust Muffler Tip Removable Silencer 3 inch, wrap each in a rag so when you insert into your exhaust they sit tight but also allow air to flow through the smaller silencer holes, startup the car, then put the X2 tips back in your trunk and drive away.
@@roosersan I have Carven Exhausts, loud as hell, turns on two car Alarms in my parking lot, some people install the exhaust muffler silencers permanently with screws, I don't like that, I want to be able to muffle the sound when I start, but drive off with the normal louder sound, so I just wrap them in rags and slide them in, start the car then take them out, the sound is muffled tremendously!

I understand loud pipes save lives, I experienced it myself first hand, but if you're that concerned with people complaining about the noise, just put the damn muffler back on

If you are outside city limits there usually are none of these rules. That said i have a vintage kerker 4-1megaphone. Ive reduced its outlet, packed it with a longer cartridge with better material, still my bike drowns out any str8t piped harley. So yeah its not as easy as u may think

MT-09SP with a short/low mount Black Widow, no cat, no Db killers. Its retarded how loud it can be. So loud that I removed the horn, clutch in and a flick of the wrist is way more effective.

There’s always a neighbor that hates it and one that loves it I remember my neighbor complained because of noises in the middle of the morning/night and I said well in that household they know I work nights but during the day they be having a stampede stepping as hard as they can not letting anyone sleep at any hour of the whole day
Every morning when I leave for work I’ll do my best to get a little speed then pull the clutch in and roll until I need more speed to not wake up people who are still asleep. Unless I’m getting called in for someone bleeding out or something emergent. If that’s the case, I’ll apologize to them one day and leave a note on my other vehicle. In case they want to leave me a note. But it’s faster to go to work on the bike, which is why I bought it, literally just for work. I drive my car for my trips across town cause Texas Heat in Houston is Killer at times. Can’t wait for the winter though, I’ll be considering riding the bike more lol. I refuse to ride without my gear.

He lived across the road from the footpath up whi h you walk to get to my house, about 3 houses up from the road (english terrace). I checked with my immediate neighbours, they never heard me. The bike was so quiet that on one occasion i couldn't tell it was still running when i was sat on it because a boat nearby had a genset running on deck. Some people just love to start shit for no reason.
My friend just bought a Harley with a 50-50 Exhaust. He was super happy about the sound of it, until he heard mine on my Ninja 650 Yosh lol Complained mine's too loud (Someone stole my Decibel Killer and I didn't replace it, I just take care not to throttle when passing cops)
