Neutral always gets me on the CRF150RB. Once did I get it first try, besides that, no difficulty. My nephew -10, I think- got a CRF125F. My dad thinking it a good idea "Hey, let's get my daughter a racing bike after 6-7 years of not riding a dirt bike, great idea!". Personally, I was a fourwheeler kid after the wreck, but now, I'd take the bike over everything. Thanks dad:). We had to put a few dollars into getting a Honda Helix carb for her after her original carb started bogging, valves messed up, no front break pads, front left fork messed up, and a lot more. But, she came around. Now I got my 4th bike up and running with the help of dad. I wanted a KLX 140 or a KX85, but, after how easy it is to loop out on a two stroke, it was between the KLX or CRF. We got her for 1,000. Worth less, lied about a lot when we got her. Now he's trying to get me hopefully into C-Class.
You are now my favorite youtuber.. 👍tysm. I just bought a 2024 ttr230 at 14. 6ft it's the only bike my size for my price.. when I brought it home I knew nothing. The guy at the dealership taught me how to start it.. but this video showed me alot... very well explained 👏 👌
when i started riding this is the biggest thing that helped me so if your struggling with stalling when you let the clutch out and give it throttle when the bike starts to move you dont dump the clutch you can go slow with the clutch in a little
Hi buddy. Just want to thank you so much for your clear tutorial. I just finished my first ride after I guess 20 years off the bike. I stalled engine few times at the beginning, but as I figure it out I was just enjoying like a kid with a new toy :D Still strugglin a little bit with getting neutral gear (I don't feel that halfway click). Thanks a lot mate.
When letting off the clutch try this to not stall the engine. Give it a little gas while still holding the clutch and slowly let off the clutch. Hope this helps! Edit: You could also roll down hill and let off the clutch without the throttle at all. Please don’t use these methods forever, but just more as your learning how to do it properly.
thank you man this was very helpful to me. i was unsure if you had to clutch in between shifting and all the other videos i watched wouldnt show me but this one did so thank you.
this helped a lot i recently bought my first bike a 450cc 2008 kawasake so thanks def still gonna take a lot of practice but this was a much needed video for me.

pls talk more about shifting, ive gotten better and I need to know more about shifting, like you were talking about shifting by rev maxing and then not needing to use the clutch, can you tell me about that
i couldn’t rrly understand but if your talking about switching gears you have to be at max speed in the gear then stop thortleing pull in clutch then press up with your legs on the shifter then let go clutch and throttle for speed
im looking to buy a honda crf125 2023-2024 and i've never rode a day in my life, i have an automatic quad and i would like to know if theres any other good starting automatic bike for me.
Hey I just got my first dirtbike, and I have all the concepts and how to use the bike down I just had a quick question. When speeding up you have to shift gears but when I get to my last gear can I just chill in that gear? And then when I slow down and down shift when would I know to do that so I’m not jerking the bike? And do I need to be constantly shifting and down shifting?
Do you have to ease off the clutch for every gear? Or just first? When stopping from all the way in 4th do you cycle down through all gears or just let off gas, brake and then back to neutral when you’ve stopped?
I did this stuff without the tutorial but seems very helpful 👍. Its my second day driving a rieju mrt 50 and im strugling with switching the gears to neutral and my left hand is not strong enough yet so for me holding the clutch is harder. Im also struggling with the brakes because I think I should hold my right foot on the brake for quiker reaction when braking but its so sentsitive that it slows the bike down even if I just put my leg on it. Also its very hard to brake and down shift gears at the same time because I dont want the engine to shut down once I stop. If you guys have any help please comment. Thx 👍
@@blainekx yeah thanks! Im going to utilize this in my daily practises 😁👍. Im getting better at the bike but the neutral is just too hard for me to reach in move. Almost impossible. Im training all this because in my country I can use a dirt bike/moped in traffic so yeah. Thanks for the tip again! 🙏😁👍

when i started riding this is the biggest thing that helped me so if your struggling with stalling when you let the clutch out and give it throttle when the bike starts to move you dont dump the clutch you can go slow with the clutch in a little

i had a deseant backyard to practice on but it got taken over bc my parrents wanted a pool
I struggle with taking off to I kept stalling cus I didn't give it enough throttle can get someone to push you it helps
just walk the bike so it doesn't stall, thats what i did lol just give it a little bit of throttle
You could set your idle a little high so you don't have to give it much gas
