Marc Savagegeese have just knocked it out of the park more than ever before, that was a great intro.....audio and video editing..... give yourself a big salute... :-)
The intros from the Lexus LC, Hellcat, and now this, are my absolute favourites. Your camera-manning and attention to quality and clear audio is so underrated. Keep doing what you’re doing, it’ll pay off.
I completely understood what you guys were saying about appreciation for newer cars once you drive a vehicle from that time period. I have a 79 F150, it's been in my family since new, and I love it. The sounds, the smells, it's a complete time machine to my youth. But I tell you after driving it for a while I become uncomfortable. My back is sore, and my legs are bothering me (tall guy). Really makes me appreciate my newer truck with all it's doodads and customizable dohickers. We're so spoiled now!
A car like this is vastly more endearing, fascinating and thrilling than anything made in the last two decades. I’d drive a damn Prius to work just to have that car for the weekends.
I've been subscribed for over a year and it's ridiculous how many great videos you Mark did... So instead of watching some dumb-cliche TV series I just go to some of your older vids and the quality level is just as high. Even can track back how the area you guys drive and film has changed over time. What an amazing channel!
Such nostalgia with this one. My first car was a 1968 Mustang coupe with a 289. My Dad and I restored it and eventually put a built 351 Windsor in it and all of the things you mentioned I remember. Thanks for doing this one.
Nice video work! I was a pro still photographer for 30 years and only briefly assisted on on video shoots. People have no idea how much work it takes to set up these shots, and then edit. Well done.
You have captured the essence of what cars used to be. The goosebumps you feel when you are truly one with the car. Eleanor scene(gone in 60) always makes me feel like a kid at Christmas. Always appreciate your effort and cinematography!
Ahh. Quieting drone shots. But. This is not a video journal of a black MB CLS500 shooting brake towing flowers to the J. Epstein interment. I would like to see more Clang! More Gusto, here. I appreciate the effort, the work, the result regardless - Cheers! - Sandy
As expected, your cinematography is a model for us all and yet you take it to a whole new level by having an in-engine- compartment camera capture the V8's desire to rotate on acceleration. Simply BRILLIANT!
0:48- 0:54 WONDERFUL shot too Mark n Jack - and it kicks in wonderfully after that. Like a trailer to a movie I am actually excited for (which is difficult, if not impossible to do these days). Great great work.
I remember driving cars from the 60's . It was frustrating for me when they started making cars take the control out of your hands . In those days, you learnt how to drive . It gave you a sense of achievement. And I love that car 👍
thanks for releasing a new video on my birthday. I just recently bought an S2000 in large part because of your videos praising it. I love that little thing
My father-in-law has a 62’ Impala SS and whenever I drive it, you love it but really appreciate the modern vehicle too. The cars of the 80’s that I grew up with and drove were definitely in the middle as they should be. But that stark contrast from 62’ to our 3 year old car is massive.
My 1st car was a 1964.5 Mustang. No power anything, breaks steering no AC. Man I miss that car. It had an automatic transmission that would start off in second gear from a dead stop (if you chose 2nd gear with the shifter) it was for driving in rain and snow! I was one of the 1st cars to drive down Addison rd after the blizzard of 1979. All I had were rear snow tries and that transmission that would start from 2nd gear. Just whisper on the gas and it would push forward like a tank. It really was good in the snow for what it was. Like I said...........I miss that car.
I watch every single video that you put here on YT, and you never failed to amazed me, when i think ohhh is just another video, soon that intro starts my chin drops like a rock. Thx savagegeese.
Drove a '69 fastback to get racing gas like 10 years ago. The garage owner's toy, where I used to work. That 15 minute ride carved into my memory. It's not like being excited about riding a '15 corvette or some dodge charger in the past 10 years. Those are still just cars, Hyundai elantra with a bigger engine. It's more like getting on a rollercoaster ride, but you control the ride.
I ended up in love with that car. It's one of those things that you know rationally very well why you shouldn't want one but you can't stop thinking about it.
Mark, just when I thought your video work has peaked you throw out another gem. Well done bro, well done. Love the vid and the car. Doesn't get any better.
This is my favourite as well, Marc and Jack Singapore laughing like happy children, ill never drive any cars they show there but their chemistry is so addicting!
The driving and drone shots are so epic, and the changing focus slide - such beauty. It really brings out the appeal of this insane ride. And you two giggle around going off the deep end from all the fumes and noise looks so fun. Good thing you did not film Jack driving this like he did the Hellcat.
Excellent video especially the front hood shot when you were flooring it. My first car was a 1969 Ford Fairlane with a 302 in it. I changed the oil, change the starter motor. A few bolts and it was done. Adjusted the carb. Pouring gas down the barrels when the car wouldn't start and watching the flame shoot out. Do a tune up changing the plugs, checking the gap on the plugs, installing a whole new distributor. Those were the days. No computer so the government couldn't spy on you.
Great take, as always! In an unrelated topic- why don’t reviewers ever show what nighttime driving is like? Considering new lightbulb tech and fancy clusters, it could really make or break a car purchase and showcases an environment not yet tapped in auto reviews.
Mark did some scenes at night and the straight pipes did some driving at night, like with the S-Class they had. I guess it is super hard to film in the dark. But I agree, lighting should be covered more in reviews.
I hope you review more older cars like this. THAT NOISE! OMG! The only modern equivalent car I think of that captures the back to basics raw driving experience of this car is the Boss 302 of 2012-2013. You need to review that car next. The 2012-2013 Boss 302 has no fluff, no tech, just LOUD engine sounds when you mash the go pedal.
Something about the loose like steering wheel makes me uneasy but the sound and the rumble and noises, man, that will never get old! and i'm sad for the future car people (if they exist) who will not likely hear these in person :/
What a great video, superb camera skills and editing, as per usual. Man, that 350 sounds great. Brings back a lot of great memories of my childhood. And car really seems to run will with that small block. It would be an outright animal with a 427 side oiler, maybe Tri-Industries will do something like that one of these days.
Perfect example of how soft we’ve all become... complaining of ‘ill placed cup holders and bolsters that just “don’t hug your back good enough” . Gone are the days of no complaining and bitching... just pure enjoyment Great video guys !
Cool stuff! Your causes are noble. On a side note you must live in the land of No Blue Lights! I would have received 3 speeding 🎫 tickets on that short ride.
Professionals hate him. See how one Illinois man is chipping away at the billion dollar a year car review industry with this one simple hack! (It's foolproof!)
4:59 ...giggling like school girls. That says it all. If you can, see a car like this in person. You won't believe the size; it is _TINY_ ! The rear three-quarter view is just the pinnacle of automotive design.
"It's so terrible. I can barely tolerate it."
*Laugh's in sheer delight and driving joy*
LOL. You guys are great.
Exactly 👍😉
If ever there was a car to just enjoy (for half an hour) whilst sometimes being in terror, this ranks up there.
Such a machine
"It's nothing like modern vehicles"
GOOD.
Yeah I agree new cars are just giant heavy computers waiting to fail and pop a check engine light on your dash
Marc Savagegeese have just knocked it out of the park more than ever before, that was a great intro.....audio and video editing..... give yourself a big salute... :-)
A billion % agree...amazing work - I couldn't even get through a few seconds without my jaw-dropping

That engine bar running view is revolutionary. WHY AREN'T WE DOING THIS MORE! Absolutely loved this.
A car like this is vastly more endearing, fascinating and thrilling than anything made in the last two decades. I’d drive a damn Prius to work just to have that car for the weekends.
Prius daily is pretty nice. Starts everyday and rides pretty good.
*cracks open can of Monster Energy Ultra*
This car is as much boomer bait as an M14 and a Nova SS combined.
Your camera work is just next level! Keep up the good work!
Ofc, ok putting gopros on geese's heads tend to make things easier.
I've been subscribed for over a year and it's ridiculous how many great videos you Mark did... Man Mr. Geese takes it to another level with this classic review
It’s like nostalgia for the ‘60s
This isn't the greatest car in the world.. No
This is just a tribute 🤘
Nice tenacious d reference lol
You wouldn't believe me and I wished you were there!
Is this the greatest comment in the world...
Farley 925 - I envy how appropriate and clever your comment is! Tenacious D would definitely agree! Cheers!
The sound of that car is amazing!
My hair stood on end.
What a machine.
Nice work Goose.
Such nostalgia with this one. My first car was a 1968 Mustang coupe with a 289. My Dad and I restored it and eventually put a built 351 Windsor in it and all of the things you mentioned I remember. Thanks for doing this one.
Where's the car now?
Nice video work! I was a pro still photographer for 30 years and only briefly assisted on on video shoots. People have no idea how much work it takes to set up these shots, and then edit. Well done.
That opening sequence gave me goosebumps. It's hard to say exactly why, but goddamn do I love cars.
The aural symphony of that V8 is breathtaking.
You have captured the essence of what cars used to be. The goosebumps you feel when you are truly one with the car. Eleanor scene(gone in 60) always makes me feel like a kid at Christmas. Always appreciate your effort and cinematography!
I can smell the oil, unburnt fuel, musty interior and random exhaust leak from here
The first 2 minutes: wow, perfection.
Ahh. Quieting drone shots. But. This is not a video journal of a black MB CLS500 shooting brake towing flowers to the J. Epstein interment. I would like to see more Clang! More Gusto, here. I appreciate the effort, the work, the result regardless - Cheers! - Sandy
I own a classic mustang, and you guys hit it spot on. It's not about the car when driving, it's the whole experience.
I have a '67 Firebird and love every minute behind the wheel.
I totally get the appeal of old muscle cars.
As expected, your cinematography is a model for us all and yet you take it to a whole new level by having an in-engine- compartment camera capture the V8's desire to rotate on acceleration. Simply BRILLIANT!
You all are good friends. Beauty of a car. I have a 2016 Mustang GT and will never trade it.
People can only cry out of joy after this kind of video...thank you!
0:48- 0:54 WONDERFUL shot too Mark n Jack - and it kicks in wonderfully after that. Like a trailer to a movie I am actually excited for (which is difficult, if not impossible to do these days). Great great work.
I really like it that you guys were able to thoroughly capture the sound of that engine.
I'm always impressed with the production quality of your videos. Great job!
I remember driving cars from the 60's . It was frustrating for me when they started making cars take the control out of your hands . In those days, you learnt how to drive . It gave you a sense of achievement. And I love that car 👍
A real man's car. No fuel economy, no handling, no braking, and no safety. Glorious.
you saying a woman can't drive this car?
@@papayaman123 If that's how you want to interpret it, then sure, whatever.
@@InvidiousIgnoramus sexist asshole...it can be a woman's car too
You ever drive a miata?
@@leslie7872 My brother owns one. Why?
thanks for releasing a new video on my birthday. I just recently bought an S2000 in large part because of your videos praising it. I love that little thing
Happy birthday!
Happy birthday. Enjoy that S2k and have a great day!
The cinematography of this video is just outstanding! Beautiful review for a beautiful and classic american muscle car

My dad's first car was a 65 with no power, drum brakes, 289, 4 speed. Had a department store (Venture) installed AC he ended up taking out.
I watch every single video that you put here on YT, and you never failed to amazed me, when i think ohhh is just another video, soon that intro starts my chin drops like a rock. Thx savagegeese.

I showed this video to my 2 1/2 year old little sister, and when Mark gunned it she started jumping around and was scared of it.
Great Drone footage in this one. Nothing like hopping in a classic car, and going for a rip on some beautiful country roads. Keep it up Mr. Goose
That car sound a whole lot like Freedom!
michael w eagles and stars and stripes coming out the exhaust
Mr. Regular voice...."FREEDOM!"
'MURICA'

Mark, just when I thought your video work has peaked you throw out another gem. Well done bro, well done. Love the vid and the car. Doesn't get any better.
That maniac laughter while savageese cynicly smirks to prepare for his next smashing analogy 😂
This is my favourite as well, Marc and Jack Singapore laughing like happy children, ill never drive any cars they show there but their chemistry is so addicting!
I love the way that sounds. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING beats the sound of a classic V8 revving out
3:58 Something rare
The mustang makes it around the corner 😁
There was no crowd, of course it made it.
Wow really funny man you should be a comedian 😐

Great car, great photography and great music!
Intro to this vid is just so damn gorgeous. Much like the S550 GT350R review.
Never seen a smile on this man like the mustang just gave him!!
That under-hood shot while driving is one of the best! Great job and great video.
Excellent video especially the front hood shot when you were flooring it. My first car was a 1969 Ford Fairlane with a 302 in it. I changed the oil, change the starter motor. The car is a legend in itself. I know i own one since 1971.

I did a few videos at night like the Lexus UX. It's usually a pain in the ass because of light. It's very difficult to get it to come out properly.
@@savagegeese yeah it is - did a great job at it nonetheless. The spread of nightvision is from the Demon to the PT Cruiser. Truly a marvel all of it.
Check out winding road magazine they do pov night drives although I don't think they do older cars

The occasional hysterical girly giggles of joy and fear say everything about this piece of nostalgia.
@savagegeese Your spotlight on Tri-Industries is awesome. You sir, are a good person. Keep up the great work.
