Cardio totally depends on you cardio doesn't burn fat it just uses more calories so the more cardio you do more deficit you gonna create now I suggest you walk 7-10k steps per day that's it best cardio ever..... For example after every single meal walk for 15 min & then before sleeping complete your step count & if walking feels boring then watch a video while walking or a movie I do that.... I walk 20k step everyday or if you don't have time for 10k steps then you can do high intensity cardios like running, rope jumping etc hope it helps

I don't know anything about that but in my village haryana my elders used to say eat ghee,milk, buttermilk,daal,curd and workout like a king then your body will become like a beast

I get your point that legumes/pulses are not lean sources. But i don't agree about how one can replace rice/roti with legumes/pulses. One can definitely reduce carbs from rice and roti but can't completely substitute. It's not sustainable and hard to adhere. But i agree with you about not giving excuses.

This is very informative.... I follow a simple strategy of 200 gms chicken breast and 300 gms whole chicken per day with couple of whole eggs, curd, milk and whey protein. And I have mutton on rest days Total protein 120-150 gms probably
In April I thought to become vegetarian and left nonveg and in September I suddenly fell sick and got high fever one day. After that I spent around 10 k for all tests and nothing was found. After my fever was over my knees started paining and whole body specially the shoulder part started paining. One doctor suggested to do vitamin D test and it was found 16. Then I started supplements and again resumed non veg. Now things are getting better. Vitamin D deficiency is very very serious. You were right in your previous video.❤
Umm you can get vitamin d from vegetarian sources as well. Like Mushrooms! Keep your mushrooms in the sun for a while, they will become vitamin d rich.

when a person is eating certain type of food from decade his body is used to that food and produce digesting enzymes major sudden change in that diet will lead to gastric and other type of problem. so we cant simply change diets over night nor body slowly incorporate changes. and protien powders high levels of adulteration exists we never know so basic food is best for health
