    I used to follow Mr. Akshay Chopra. One day youtube recommended your video and I found your way of explaining concepts in a candid way very good. Watched 4-5 videos at a stretch. Would watch many more in coming days.

    Some FYI questions I would like answered
    1. After starting the workout and diet when should i start seeing a visible difference in my body if everything is followed properly?
    2. How often should I do weight checks?
    3. If the workout and diet is on point and weight stays the same how can I know whatever I'm doing is working?
    4. What multivitamins are essential?
    5. Can I eat the same stuff every single day if I reach the protein intake goal while staying in a calorie deficit?
    6. A good and cheap method to measure fat% ?
    7. Is working out on an empty stomach good?
    8. Is a cheat meal bad for anyone going through a fat loss journey? ( What is safe to eat in a cheat meal without damaging the process?)

      ANSWERS AS PER MY KNOWDLEDGE:
      1. Depends upon your current state, if you are obese(i.e. body fat% above 30%) it may take upto 5 months( remember you need to take care of your nutrition and workout)
      2. I recommend you to check your weight daily, and take weekly average and then compare it with your other weekly averages( YOU WILL SOON FIND A SPECIFIC PATTERN IN YOUR FAT LOSS OR MUSCLE GAIN IF YOU WILL DO THIS)
      3. If your weight remains same, then you are probably doing a mistake, mostly people commit mistakes in their calorie estimation, so kindly revisit it.
      4. Even i am not sure about this
      5. Total calories and macros is what matters, it doesnt matter what you eat( But healthy food with proper quantity helps you with increased immunity and all other bodily stuffs)
      6. Inbody test( cost around rs.250 in my area, remember there is no such method that can measure you Body fat%, avoid online calculators
      7. Doesn't matter, do what is suitable AND WHAT YOU CAN DO CONSISTENTLY.
      8. If you are obese, then avoid it, take diet breaks instead.

    I was suggested this channel by TH-cam, yesterday, and watched your Calories/Fat burning one video series. I was amazed that this kind of information you are sharing via this lovely channel and on other side dieticians are charging high cost for this service.
    Appreciate what you are doing and 'm sure you will grow.

    Bhaiya i am in class 12th from Assam and was thinking to give up on workout/gym for some months due to exams,but my heart didn't feel it wise enough..6 months since i joined the gym/fitness and today i will say that I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON MY HEALTH NO MATTER WHAT EXAMS/OTHER THINGS TAKE PLACE..I WILL REDUCE MY OTHER ACTIVITIES TO MANAGE IF NEEDED BUT NO COMPROMISE IN HEALTH (I have T1Diabetes too)....Things will never be the same from today..

    Paneer Dosa with Sambhar- 30gm
    Dahi 400gms - 25gm
    Paneer Paratha- 15gms
    Dryfruits: 10gms
    Seeds 10gms
    Sprouts - 8gms
    Boiled peanuts salad 13gms
    Total: 111gm
    Baaki kaa 50 gms kaha se laaye agar itne mei pet bhar jaata ho?

    Jeff Nippard in his body recomposition books advises 1.2-1.6 g/lb of protein. Your proposed numbers are approx 50%. There is so many diff opinions our there from the experts. Not sure which one to follow

      @@hk5025 agar tum surplus me khaate ho or protein 1.2-1.6 is enough you won't loose muscles anyway but you are on a deficit you need little more protein like 1.8 gm also eating more protein helps to burn more calories while resting if you are a beginner and a skinny fat you don't need body recomposition you just need to eat your maintenance calories with high protein eventually you gain muscles so you're body needs more calories but you are on same calories your body eventually loose fat without loosing any muscles

    Carbohydrates har ek food me bhar- bhar ke hota he, Jo kuchh bhi kha lo carbs ko avoid nahi kar pate.
    But protein is rare in Indian vegetarian foods.
