Workout
Horizontal Pursuits: Left to right and right to left.
Vertical Pursuits: Top to bottom and bottom to top.
Circular Pursuits: Clockwise and counterclockwise.
Diagonal Pursuits: Both diagonal up-left to down-right and diagonal up-right to down-left.
Start with Short Sessions: Begin with 5 minutes for each type of pursuit, once or twice a day.
Increase Gradually: Gradually increase the duration to 15-20 minutes for each pursuit type, 2-3 times a day.
Consistency is Key: Regular and consistent practice is crucial for improvement.
